OK...she isn't harder to see..lol..she's INVISIBLE practically. Even with the much appreciated help of these posts I had a hella hard time finding her. Got her at 41,60 standing under/in a pine tree. She walks instead of floats and is wearing a yellow and green outfit (pants I think not the goofy skirts the others are wearing)...but she is totally different then the others.....I was looking for a variation of them..dont...and just be patient because she has to move pretty much around right in your field of vision or you'll never see her, she's so trasparant. good luck!

Cerellean Whiteclaw confesses that he followed Shan'do Stormrage, aka Malfurion Stormrage, into the Emerald Dream and that somehow that pulled these lovers apart. Anaya died somehow after the battles in the Well of Eternity.

The following is the dialog that occurs after you finish the quest and turn in Anaya's Pendant.

Cerellean Whiteclaw says: Anaya...? Do my eyes deceive me? Is it really you?

Anaya says: The ages have been cruel to you and I, my love, but be assured, it is, and at long last we are reunited.

CW: That the fates should be so cruel as to permit us only this after a thousand years apart...
CW: Do you hate me, my love? That I was forced to destroy your living form, that your spirit be released from unhappy bondage?

Anaya: Let it not trouble your heart, beloved. You have freed me from slavery, and for that I love you all the more.
Anaya: Sadly, even this must be cut short... The ties that bind me to this world weaken, and pull me away...

CW: No! Anaya... Anaya! Don't leave me! Please...

Anaya: Farewell, Cerellean, until we are joined once again...

(Anaya's soft voice trails away into the mists, "Know that I love you always...")

CW: How, my love? How will I find the strength to face the ages of the world without you by my side...

I found her at 43,60 walking around the Southern part of the ruins.

yeah she's in 41,60 though she doesn't wear a yellow dress. she has a green dress with yellow stripes on the side. she's near the tree. her hair is green. theres a easi way to find her. stand at the little tree at 41,60 and click tab over and over

Thanks a million for the /target Anaya tip. I did, and make sure you are actually standing *in* Ameth A'ran, not just to the side when you perform the macro. She was easy to find using that, and after finishing the quest, wait for the sad last conversation of Anaya and Cerellean. I nearly bawled at the end I was so sad.

She wanders around the area a bit so eventually you will see her. Once you kill her and turn in the quest wait around a bit for a touching little reunion between her and Cerellean.

It's worth combining this with the other Ameth'Aran quests:

• The Fall of Ameth'Aran
• Tools of the Highborne
• Bashal'Aran (last part of a chain, starts with Bashal'Aran)

Look for a ghostly female night elf with yellow text over her head. She cast the same -hit curse as the other mobs in the area, but otherwise has no special abilities.

She is in south end, human looking in yellow/green dress.&nbsp I killed her at 41,61.&nbsp The road sign post is 40,61

I killed her at 44,59

This quest ending is so sad, i stop playing and cry the rest of the day

I enabled npc's names to appear above their heads. Her name is yellow. It made it that much easier

She wanders around the ruins...she can be a bit hard to see since she blends in a bit. I did this quest with three different characters and found it easier to wait near the big flame in the center of the ruins, she wanders past there.

simply go into UI (user interface) and clikc on display npc names and she will be the yellow dot walking around on mini-map

I ran to the back of the 2nd cluster of ruins and just stayed still and watched, you have to watch for her movment. She really is transparent but you can see her if you focus. took maybe 5 mins

i did the macro thing, after this i started to cry i was so sad. i feel so bad for the guy and its so nice they love each other :)

To complete the quest you need to locate [npc=3667], kill it and loot [item=5382].
Your destination point is far southeast of Auberdine, at the place named Ameth'aran.
There are lots of ghosts so you barely miss it. The quest mob is looks like neutral night elf woman ghost.

Can anyone advise on finding Anaya? I've combed the ruins, the lands around, killed legions of Highborn, but I never see her. A friend told me she could be found along the southerly edge of the ruins, but that she was hard to see--like a stealthed character. Is this true?

This quest was fairly easy to do solo at 15 with my priest and resulted in a nice off hand item to use with my mace.

She can actually be somewhat difficult to find if you aren't sure what you're looking for.

As others have said she's dressed in green and is semi transparent.

She appears as your typical NPC and looks nothing like the banshee-esque highborn in the area.

The biggest problem I had was the fact that she blends in awfully well with the background.

Found her at 43, 62

I kept killing everything in the general area of where she spawns...except one thing...a moonstalker runt...i finally got frustrated with it being there and killed it...she spawned within 1 min afterwards...coincedence? not sure...all i know is that she was not there for about 15 mins and then that happened...

I play a druid on Feathermoon server and I think its broken. The spirit of his dead wife stands in front of him and he does not have the ! mark above him.. Dont know whats up

very easy for rogue did it at lvl 14 just sneaked around the place till i saw her

The best advice I can give is that she stands out only by the fact that she's a spirit in Ameth'Aran with a yellow name. That combine with the /target macro made her easy to find.

I wandered around for hours during heavy server activity looking for her, and I never saw her, but logged on before work one morning, when the server activity was low and there she was just off the entrance like everyone described.

I found her in the middle of Ameth'Aran, she would walk around and pause at the top of a hill at 43,62 cosmos. It was also a good spot to fight her, no adds at all. I did have to kill a couple to get near her though.

This is one of the many tearful stories you will read in WOW. I put myself in the character's place, being married myself, and got welled up reading his reaction as his mate's soul was released. Very touching.

She walks around the ruins. Dressed in green and transparent. She does not look like the others there

She is quite hard to find, but onc eyou see her shes pretty easy to kill. Just cant find the person who I turn the quest back in to

i look on here then got back to playing i was killing the first gost when she came buy very easy just keep running around she is tall in a green dress like the say very easy to spot
