Although terribly worn and scratched, the title of this book can still be read upon its cover:

The Powers Below

Inside the book is a listing of unpronounceable names with foreboding titles, methods of worship, and preferred sacrifices...many of which include living, humanoid creatures.

On the inside cover of the book are the words: "Bonegrip's Runes and Dooms, The Forlorn Cavern, Ironforge. Proprietor: Gerrig Bonegrip."

If Bonegrip sells books like this, perhaps he'll buy this one back.

This quest is still active, but this is one hell of a drop.

The drop rate is absolutely awful.

Don't go to the Cliffspring Falls. There are 2 guys there, and the chances of you getting it are astronomical.

Go to the Master's Glaive if you really want this quest. There are about 14 people there, and the respawn rate is exceptionally high. Keep going around and around the glaive, killing the level 16/17/18s until it drops.

And it will take a while.

It took me, literally, about 120 to get the book. And on the 120th, I said to myself, 'This is definately the last one, I'm tired of this now', and pow, it dropped.

Keep at it.

This quest is found inside the Master Glaive from a drop, it will be easier if your at the minimum level of 17. Grouping is highly recommended for levels 16-18 and most of the NPCs pack together.

Also, as long as you didn't finnish this quest you'll be able to find it.&nbsp Its kept within a book thats also named above.&nbsp You cannot repeat it.

The book turn in gave me (Human Mage) 385 Darnassus Reputation and 200 XP at Level 44. Just an FYI.

I found the book for this quest in Darkshore at the Master's Glave. There was a treasure chest on the island in the bushes and this was on one of the mobs protecting it.

I started "Knogledge in the Deeps" at lvl 10 in ironforge, never did this quest.

This is a lead-in to the quest "Knowledge in the Deeps" that starts in Ironforge. If you have completed Knowledge in the Deeps, this book will not drop.

I had to grind perhaps 25-50 thugs and disciples to get the book. I was about to give up when a thug dropped it. The problem is that the droprate is appalling. If you take on these thugs and disciples for like 30 minutes to 1 hour, you'll end up with having gained more experience and more silver than the quest will ever give you.

So if you are having trouble getting the book and you are already busy for that time, forget about it.
