Description

He wept like an infant at the loss of this libram. Mind you, I myself have wept over texts - there is no greater loss than that of knowledge and history - but to cry over this nearly useless jumbling of incantations? Preposterous! It left me to believe that the Prince was doing him a favor in flaying the flesh from his bones.

Bring the Libram along with a pristine black diamond, large brilliant shards, and a frayed abomination stitching and I shall recreate the Arcanum.

Oh, and check the north wing.

You'll need to complete the "Elven Legends" quest before "Lorekeeper Lydros" in DM will allow you to turn in Librams.
https://classicdb.ch/quest=7481

The quest giver for horde is "Sage Korolusk" in Feralas.

The arcane of protection is no longer necessary for the Zandalar enchants,
Now you just need a Punctured Voodoo doll and Primal Hakkari Idol,
so you can use your libram arcane in the optional armor item.

Ff you're member of the alliance you have to finish Elven Legends first, then you have to bring Libram of Protection to Lorekeeper Lydros to get the quest. He's in the library.
Closest way to the library is the north entrance.

This has to be the cheapest arcanum for use with the ZG nature enchant: The Savage Guard

The Librams you can use for this are:
[li]Libram of Rapidity
Libram of Focus
Libram of Protection[/li]

Any hunters venturing into AQ, I suggest that you get this on your Cenerion Reservist's Legguards for a nifty 35 nature resistance, 13 Stamina and 13 agility. Unless ofcourse you already have better legs.

I also put one on my Bramblewood Helm for a nice 40 NR and 20 Stamina.

Anyone saying I have gimped my stats would be correct, but currently 286 NR and +9 hit.

It helps me to soak up Huhuran damage and deal effective tranqs, while letting the mages and warlocks deal the most damage.

This is now the best twink libram in the game.

whats the deal with 100 health?

or 8 agility?

with the new ratings this becomes 12 dodge rating.&nbsp 12 dodge rating on a level 19 isa actually ~4.5% dodge.

Put a 12 dodge rating on cloak, head, legs, and both trinkets.&nbsp thats about 21% dodge, and you havent even enchanted your chest, wrists, gloves, or feet.

Idk.. +12 dodge rating sounds good BC 5% more to dodge that can mean way more then 100HP if u dodge a atk that would normaly hit u for 100+ damage =\ sitll i cant deside.

Arcanum is still required, but for some different kind of enchantment :)

Regular "class" enchants do only require the mandokir / jind'o drops + vaudoo puppet. But those ones use the completed arcanum of protection / focus / rapidity to provide you with a 10 nature resist enchantment on legs or head...

https://classicdb.ch/item=53699

Not to mention that you will need this for AQ40 )

Dire Maul Librams will however be used in the new NR20 enchant available from Argent Dawn.

Obviously this is more or less a warrior type item. I personally have one on my helm of wrath, which without it, damn near pales in comparrison to the might helm. I had been waiting for the might helm because of this, and by chance a guild member got a pristine diamond and gave it to me, as i had a protection libram. well the wrath helm dropped off onyxia our next kill, and i sent a tell on it. With the dodge libram it's pretty damn close to the might with it's only drawback being the FR the might has versus the wrath. However, post patch I'll be using the craftable plate helm that has 35 FR for Ragnaros (which I have a resilliance libram awaiting), and this helm for tanking.

1 Agility = 2 Armor

uhhhh...people might think that +100hp is best for twinks, but I gotta say this is! since it is now +12 dodge rating it's so much better. I have +12 dodge rating on my cloak and it gives me 5percent more chance to dodge. Right now with out the librams and my Agi gear on. I got 46.50% to dodge without evasion.

That's like 500g of ingredients right there, plus you have to get a stitching from Strat for it, which aren't very common. Besides, most people will have the much easier to get HP or Armor enchants on head and legs.

Crap.

By Anonymous on 07/02/2005 (Patch 1.5.1)
Surely this is not really cost-effective.
1% dodge is really not that good for rogues at higher levels, because at level 60 you're probably doing a) Molten Core, Blackwings Lair etc. where mobs will never even try to hit you, if they do you've failed your aggro management and you should delete either your rogue or the warrior tanking it, shoo! Or you're doing b) lot's of PvP:ing. Anyone ever participating in PvP combat knows that 75% of the damage you recieve during a session is magic where dodge is of no function.

Concluding: OMG WTF ?

What the $%^& is this? Why would ANY prefer 1% dodge over 125 armor, 20 fire res, 150 sta or 8 agi?

If so, please explain me why 1% is worth it.

I have the Libram, and I've collected all the necissary ingredients (Pristine Blacks fell from 700g to 40g on our server:) ), but for the life of me I can't make that damned Lydros take them. You need to do the quest called Elven Legends to unlock this.

The corpse next to Lorekeeper Lydros is what you will click on to complete the elven legends quest.

Note: It might have reset for somefolks / or was added in a patch ... because I was able to do libram's before BC ... but had to do the quest to unlock it again.
