where is the boat?

These are one of a series of quests that are part of "Children's Week" (http://www.wowwiki.com/Children's_Week).

All that's required is that you go to the bank in Darnassus and then summon the child with the provided whistle to complete the quest. For this quest, at level 21, I received 650XP.

Once you get to Darn take the orphan in front of the bank and that should be it ^_^

Where do i deliver the quest?

Remember not only do you get 650xp for each quest (total of 6 including bringing him back), but you get to choose 5 gold as a reward! It's well worth the hour or so it takes to do it.

For those that don't know as yet, the orphan is only available in the first week of May every year. When you first get him he'll have 3 seperate quests available:

The Bough of the Eternals (this one)
The Stonewrought Dam
Spooky Lighthouse

The easiest option would prob be to aquire the orphan in Stormwind. Go to the lighthouse in Westfall which is off the coast west of Moonbrook and 'whistle' your orphan and speak to him to complete the Spooky Lighthouse quest.

From there go back to Stormwind and take the tram to Iron Forge, travel to Loch Modan and go to the dam on the northern side of the lake, 'whistle' your orphan to complete The Stonewrought Dam.

From there, take the path through Dun Algaz and follow it to Menethil Harbour. Go to the northern dock and take a boat to Auberdine, from there go to the opposite side of the docks from where you arrive and take the boat to Rut'therin Village.

In the village go up the slope to the pink glowing area which will transport you to Darnassus, take the bridge in front of you and walk to the other side of the tree where the bank is and 'whistle'. This will complete this quest.

You will then be able to aquire 2 more quests:

From Darnassus, travel back to Menethil Harbour and take the southern dock to Theramore Island. Go to the tower in the centre of Theramore and at the top is Jaina. Speak to Jaina and once she gives you the autograph, 'whistle' your orphan. This will complete the quest.

Finally, travel back to Stormwind via Menethil Harbour and Iron Forge and go to the mailbox between the bank and the inn in the Trade District. Speak to the Gnome there and purchase the Ice Cream which you'll give to your orphan. Then return to the orphanage where you get your orphan and speak to Orphan Matron Nightingale to turn in the whistle and the quest.

I hope that's thorough enough for everyone, It's fairly straight forward if you've already been to the places previously, plus if you already have the flight points between Sentinal Hill and Stormwind, Iron Forge and Thelsamar, Thelsamar and Menethil Harbour, Auberdine and Rut'therin Village & Auberdine and Theramore Island, you'll find it alot easier in terms of travelling time and effort.

Ok, that's prob my biggest post to date, lol. Plus I had nothing better to do while I was at Uni, lol (yes I did, but oh well...)

The first thing you wan't to do is bring your orphan to stonewraught dam so he can look at the waterfall then to quickly get to darnasus jump of the dam you'll most likely land on a head jump off the head you will die but you'll be in the wetlands graveyard ressurect by talking to the spirit healer then go to the west till you get to menithil harbor from there get on the big blue boat after the boat stops get off and go talk to a gaurd he'll tell you what boat to take to darnassuas after you get off the boat go to the portal after you go through the portal you'll see a tree go to the front and the quest will be completed.
