This is a quest in a chain of 23 that runs pretty much all over the map.
However, it all starts with the Fallen Hero of the Horde.
(Hat tip to Xeir for the initial connectors between chains.)

Technically, it's four chain quests that tie into each other:
Chain 1:

Chain 2:

9. Azsharite

Chain 4:
1. The Formation of Felbane
2. Enchanted Azsharite Fel Weaponry
3. Return to the Blasted Lands
4. Uniting the Shattered Amulet
5. You Are Rakh'likh, Demon

Completing the entire chain gives you the following:
103,685XP at appropriate level

I finished the quest, and it offered me the chest. My bags were full when I first excepted the quest, so I got nothing. I dropped one thing from bag, abandoned quest and accepted it again. The chest appeared on the ground and the guy disappeared. But it wouldn't let me open the chest and then the chest disappeared. Anyone know what I'm not getting here? Do I have to go somewhere else to get the chest?

When you go to the Second guy to get your reward. He says click on the chest. Which is right beside him. So if you are on your mount you wont see it. Once you collect your reward go back to the fallen hero and he will have another quest for you to do.

Messed up, left before I opened Chest near NPC.Went back, and tried talk to NPC, but chest didnt appear.Any advice? Or am I screwed.

This was a pretty easy quest to do although its quite long. Soloed as a 52-53 paladin.

Though it would be worth pointing out that the servants are not unique. Meaning you can kill the same one once he respawns and it will still count.

This trinket says it gives +5 mana/hp regen per tick. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that means 5 mana every 2 seconds. And 5 hp every 2 seconds. All in all this is kinda awesome...
