This item is used in the last part of the UBRS key quest chain. It allows you to mind control Emberstrife the dragon in Dustwallow Marsh and force her to breath on the Unforged Seal of Ascension, thus creating the key.

Hunters: Be aware that you may have to unsummon your pet in order to use this item on Emberstrife. When I came to do the quest, I was using my pet to tank, and received the error, "You already control a summoned creature" when I attempted to MC the dragon.

I handed in the quest and now have forged seal of ascension but still have orb of draconic energy and another unforged seal of asscencion? what do i do with these?
