The clue to the treasure reads: Good work, matey! Now ye need to head due east. East up the bluffs, east to the road. Look for the ol' chimney ruins near the side of the road. There you'll find an old barrel with your next clue.

Location: (40,47)

Its a broken-looking barrel on the side of the road. Its northeast of the Alexston FarmsteC by the ruins of a home or something similar.

i saw thew broken barrel everyone is talking about thats within 2 feet from the chimney. thats the wrong one, theres annother barrel 5 feet NE from the chimney, right next to the fence, thats the right one

It tells you to go far east, but if you look at the map...its along the road to the west not to the east...at 40, 47

As said, the Broken Barrel can be found at the coordinates ~ 40;47.

As you can see on the screenshot, the barrel is very close to the road. I had a little trouble finding it at first, because I was looking around the chimney mentioned in the clue.

I came there but the barrel was broken i waited 10 minutes looked around but it was still broken?Bug or should i try later?

I found the Broken Barrel at 40, 47. Yes, it is pretty much due East of the Footlocker. You have to pass the Alexston Farmstead. The Broken Barrel is right next to the path, in front of an old chimney. I have submitted a screenshot.

There is a completely smashed barrel right next to the chimney it's not that one. It's right off the side of the road near the fence.

It is by the West Road, but the quest says go East because its East of where you found the first clue, its East of the anchor. gawd.

I'm looking directly at the barrel depicted above.&nbsp I can't "use" on it.&nbsp I've gotten the previous clue from the footlocker (3 times).&nbsp Still nothing.&nbsp Any sage advice out there as to what I should try next?

the chimney is due east of the anchor near the road that heads down to moonbrook (just NE of the Alexston farm). The barrel is right next to the road about 10 yards north of the chimney
