So he spoke of Jammal'an's prophecy?

The Atal'ai spiritual leader believes once Hakkar returns to Azeroth from the Nether, the god will grant the Atal'ai tribe immortality.

Foolish trickery to bring about a premature doomsday if you ask me.

But you say the exile spoke of enchanted fetishes? This concerns me greatly. If these are in fact the key to the Atal'ai ritual which caused this mess, we must understand their intrinsic powers.

Venture into the Temple, and seize the fetishes!

The fetishes are dropped off of almost all the Atal'ai mobs right outside and inside the instance, even the bosses.

And the reward is really good for any melee class.

The reward isn't too bad.&nbsp I use it with my druid when I need to tank.&nbsp It'd be nice if the duration for the armor up was more like what you get with Mark of the Chosen, but it does come in handy.

The fetish drop rate was kinda low, however.&nbsp I ended up doing it solo by killing trolls outside the instance, and it took a long time to complete.&nbsp Later I did a 4-man ST run where one of the others in the party didn't have the quest.&nbsp Nevertheless, the two who were doing it had to kill trolls outside the instance after we were done to finish it.

Awarded me 500 reputation with Orgrimmar as of 7th December, patch 2.3.
...and 10200 experience as well, but that was to be expected anyway.

An increase in 150 reputation is nothing to turn down.

Starts in SW, dwarven district from league of explorers dwarf in a tavern. (if your 54+ the quest starts as grey and wont show up)
