Description

It seems the consensus that you are ready to learn to summon a voidwalker.

A being created of the chaos that lies beyond, if you summon one but cannot control it, you will be torn asunder.

The first voidwalker was summoned by Egalin, and in his grimoire is the process explained.

Unfortunately, it was stolen from us by an agent of the Scarlet Crusade who has it secreted away in his base at a tower to the west. Bring it to me, and I will impart the knowledge to you.

Here, I'll write this up in one final guide.&nbsp Simple.

Get the quest, look on your map.&nbsp See the sewers?&nbsp Run towards them and head up and out.&nbsp When you get to the end of the tunnel you'll see the tower.&nbsp From your exit of the tunnel the entrance to the tower is on the right side.

You'll see the chest from outside the tower.&nbsp It's inside, under the stairs.&nbsp Kill Perrine and the Zealot (or fear the Zealot) and loot the chest.&nbsp It's that simple.

When you get back and turn in the quest you'll get the next part.&nbsp Simply take the stone he gives you and walk onto the summoning circle (the purple art on the ground next to him) and use the stone.&nbsp Kill the void and you'll be teh weener.

Very easy to find, and this is commonly confused with the Scarlet tower to the west of Deathknell.

Locate the entrance to UnderCity. When looking at the entrance, you should also be able to see the Zeppellin flying overhead as well. Head West from this point until you see a circular (tower-like) structure on your mini-map. Head toward the structure, and you will find the tower you're looking for. Right click the treasure chest to obtain the Grimoire.

Pretty easy for 12 lvl lock .... you must go to the tower where you killed one of the human's captain ... the tower can be found at 51 66. The quest item is in a small chest inside the tower. Good luck :))

If you exit through the Sewers it will lead you directly to the tower where the chest is.

You get it from a chest inside the tower, then take the book back to the guy in UC.
He'll give you the runestone and you step into the summoning circle.
Use the rune, you'll summon the Voidwalker.
Defeat him, then return to the guy. (He's right there)
He'll give you the summon voidwalker ability. But you need a soulshard for it. So you'll have to have one, or get one.
The best way to get them is find someone a handful or more lvls above you, you channel, they kill the monster. Voila. Soulshard.

There are 2 quests with the same name here. Both do exactly the same thing [quest to summon void walker] but in different places.
One starts in Orgrimmar, lvl 11, and the quest takes place in a cave called skull rock.
The other starts in undercity, lvl 10, and the quest takes place in a tower as described in some of the posts here.

From what I have read, the one which starts in Undercity is easier compaired to the one which starts in Ogrimmar.

Contrary to a previous poster, do NOT ask someone to kill something for you while you&nbsp Drain Soul.&nbsp Not necessary.&nbsp Simply put a couple DoTs on a mob, then put Fear on it and start Drain Soul while it runs away.

For that matter, humanoids "run away in fear" all the time.&nbsp When they do, make your shard.

the thing u need for this quest is in a chest in a tower west of Undercity. when u come in the front door of the tower, u should see the chest right away. its call Perrine's chest.

hi people. i was on the tower that the location was, but i didnt see it anywhere in it. can anyone tell me what part of the tower the chest is? tell me like behind the tower, or in the top, or outside of the steps? something like that. plz reply. thk u.

The tower is in the Nigth Mare vale, follow the path to Silverpine and theres the tower, kill Perrine and the Zealot and behind Perrines body � BOILA ! THE CHESTS THERE

go to the tower south,west of the undercity killthe peaple inside the tower after that go to a small chest on the floor right click it and it will open then take eligens grimore or wat ever its name is the book go back to undercity talk to the guy then do the next quest he give you and go to the summoning circle use the thing he give you then you will see a voidwalker appear anmd kill it.an easy way to kill it is... get your imp out and get your imp to stand back a bit while you are shooting it with shadowbolts and putting curses on it when it dies dont try to loot it cause you cant but then return to the quest giver and he will give you your void congragualtion you have a voidwalker

Its the broken tower west of UnderCity it you do the undercity Ver. if you are a orc Warlock. take the Zeppelin to UnderCity and do it there. you have to be lvl 13 to complete it in skull rock. (there are enemy groups on lvl 12 in Skull Rock) I tryed do it in skull rock on lvl 10 but it was inpossible. In underCity you can do it on lvl 8(i know you have 2 be lvl 10 2 get the Quest)

if you follow the sewer out from undercity it leads you right to the tower you need to go to. and if you're looking in from the entrance of the tower you'll see the small box on the ground (not a treasure chest but smaller)

i just finally got the damn book ..lol...was lookin all over for qst in orgrimar ...the book is in the first chest u see right in front of Perrine ...simple

just follow the road west of undercity and when the road comes to a pretty sharp turn keep going straight until you see a tower, kill the mobs around the tower, work your way in.&nbsp the quest item is in a chest in the center of the tower.&nbsp there is only one mob in there so dont worry.&nbsp good luck.&nbsp also the coords are 51,67.

This is in the ruined tower, directly West of Undercity. It is marked as Nightmare Vale on your map. Kill Perrine, just inside the tower entrance, and his chest is right behind him on the floor.

This is the Undead Voidwalker quest in Tirisfal Glades. Other races should have their own quests in their starting areas.

From the Magic Quarter where you recieved the quest head north and exit the Undercity by way of the Sewers (marked clearly on map). Once you exit the UC you will be staring right at the tower at 51.67 Kill the small handful of defenders and loot the box just inside the door of the tower. Back to the sewers and the Magic Qtr. 10 minutes tops.

Yeah, just head out Undercity and to the west is a tower.
Work your way inside, and directly inside it is a box.
Just grab it and back to Undercity you go.

I had a hard time finding this place based on the coords above. If you open your map when you step out of UC , it is the small partially destroyed tower called nightmare vale, when you mouse over it, its to the west of UC very close to UC's gate. You will fight some scarlet warriors then a captain and a solder to get to the chest right behind them.

I looked all over that tower and there was no case.&nbsp I was in Trisfal glades at the tower it shows on the map, yet there was not chest anywhere.&nbsp I even allowed lots of time for it to re-appear, and it never showed.&nbsp So if anyone could help explain this to me I would be greatly appreciated.

[center]Went to the tower there was no second floor. There was a chest as soon as you walk in but it was a dud. Could not open it and could not highlight it? What am I doing wrong?/center]
