Speak with Harry Burlguard.

Description

You've shown yourself to be a competent warrior, <name>. But you're still young and have a lot to learn.

Speak with Harry Burlguard--he's usually in the Pig and Whistle tavern, in the Old Town of Stormwind. Harry is an old veteran and a good teacher. He can show you a few moves that'll keep you breathing longer.

I tried it accidentally w/ a mace equipped but my mace skill wasn't properly trained, so I failed. It will not let me redo the quest. D: I don't want to start over because of this... pls help if you know what the problem is.

This quest starts in Elwynn Forest. Go behind the Blacksmith in Goldshire.

Lyria Du Lac, the Warrior trainer, starts this quest.

My wife is playing a warrior, and she didn't get this quest at 10. She just hit 20, and when she tried to get it, it didn't seem to work...she doesnt' have Defensive stance now.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I have a lvl 11 warrior and didnt get this quest either, im not even in or near Stormwind since I made a gnome char but i did get something similar from ironforge?

I tried doing this quest, when I went to go see Harry Burlguard he tells you to beat up the guy at the end of the table (at a bar) I did and it said " You are already on this quest " never got to finish nor any credit I reported it to a GM and they said apparantly theres no problem with it I figure its a glitch or bug has to be.

The Entrance to The Pig and Whistle Tavern is at 71, 39 in Storm Wind. It is right beside a mail box and it is located in Old Town.

This entire series was really simple actually. You go in and you talk to Harry Burlguard who wants you to get this mug from the drunk guy at the end of the bar. So you go to the guy at the end of the bar and he doesn't want to give it up. (If you're a female like me, he calls you a priss and tells you that you might break a nail in the bar) Then he offers you a deal. If you beat him he will give you the mug.

He then walks away from the bar a few steps and turns around and attacks you. Attack him back and beat him down till he is completely void of life (Just like a Duel) and then talk to him again. When you talk to him he finishes his drink and hands you the mug. Bring the mug then to Harry Burlguard who will teach you your Deffensive Stance, Sunder Armor, and Taunt. (You also gain 420 exp at Level 10)

He then gives you a quest to called Marshal Haggard to go speak to someone who will give you a weapon.
