The Tome of Divinity

Search the Trade District of Stormwind for Stephanie Turner.

Description

Your task then, <name>, is to find someone here in Stormwind that is in need of aid. Someone who is pure of heart and motive. Perhaps someone helping others. Perhaps someone in need of a guide. Regardless, the person must have noble intent and be relying on your kindness.

Do this, and return to me when you are finished. Then, we shall discuss more of your path and what it means to be a paladin of the Light.

OK this is the quest that gives you resurrection.&nbsp For some reason its badly listed here at Throcbot.&nbsp Heres a walkthrough for humans. I think Dwarves get the first part from Azar Stronghammer in Dun Morogh instead of Brother Wilhelm

1. Brother Wilhelm in Goldshire sends you to Dutherian Rall in the cathedral in Stormwind, near the Paladin trainers.&nbsp Pick up 10 linen before you go to Rall!&nbsp
2. Rall gives you a tome of divinity.&nbsp Right click on it an you get another quest to find Stephanie Turner in the Trade District (57,61).&nbsp She asks you to collect 10 linen.&nbsp Give them to her, then go back to Rall in the Cathedral.
3. Rall gives you a symbol to take to Gazim whos just down the hall for an easy 230 XP.
4. Gazim sends you all the way across Elwynn Forest to the west side of the island in the middle of Stone Cairn Lake to resurrect Heinze Faulk at 72,51.&nbsp Easiest approach is from the West.&nbsp I suggest you pick up the quests from the guards at the bridge to the south on the way, you can finish them along the way.
5. After you res. Heinze, he tells you to get the Delfias script from the wizards a few yards to the east.&nbsp I found it on a lev. 10 wizard right next to the Stone of Rememberance.&nbsp
6. Haul your butt all the way back to Gazim, then he bounces you back to Gall one last time, and you get the resurrection spell.

This quest starts within the Hall of Mysteries in NW Ironforge (Mystic Ward beside the Paladin & Priest trainers)

You will need 10 linen to give to a chap in Ironforge, so make sure you have this to hand!

Eventually you will be sent to find a dead dwarf and resurrect him. He can be found on a small hillock off the south side of Helm's Bed Lake in SE Dun Morogh. (coord 78,58)

Once you res him, you will need to loot a document off one of the nearby dwarven spies (south of the hillock). Bring this back to Ironforge, and you're done!

If you didn't do the guest when you were 12-14 lvl, you really may not see the ! above Duthorian Rall's head. I had the same problem- I was 25 lvl. But i found Stephanie Turner in the Trade district. There was no ! above her head too, but i could spoke with her and she started the guest. First she ask me to find 10 linen cl. and after that she send me to speak with Duthorian Rall. Now he wanted to speak with me! So, you see, i could complete the Tome of Divinity!

(Sorry I made a boo boo, the female is in the latter part of the quest, you still need to talk to Duthorian Rall to get to the part I talk about next)
I know this person is a female, and she stands next to one of the shops on the corner in the Trade District of Stormwind. I dont' remember her name unfortunately, but she should have an exclamation or question mark over her head. She explains to you about the orphens and how they need clothing. She needs 10 linen if I remember this correctly. She may ask for something else as well as the 10 linen cloth but from what I can remember that's all she asked for. After you complete her quest, go back and talk to Duthorian Rall who gave you the quest and I believe this is where you get your Resurrection spell, or you might have one more thing to do for him. I can't remember. When I play WoW in open beta I will let you guys know.

Remember when you get lvl 12, this is a great and easy quest to do for a good spell, so don't forget to get it!

This is exactly what has happened to a lot of pallys who were 12 the 1-3 day of the game and just didn't do the quest. Some are having a hard time getting it now that they are 30 plus.

I finally did get it last night from Duthorian Rall in cathedral. I was sure I had asked everyone and I mean everyone in cathedral and goldshire for the quest. Even now (at level 40) there was no ! over his head because as you get higher in level you will no longer see the ! - but there may still be a quest to be had.

Basically, because I had gotten to 40 without doing the quest, I just could not find it.
I decided to go back to the first town where I began and do any quests that were available.
Then to goldshire and do what was there.
Was that the reason I was able to get the quest from DR?.... I'm not sure. I *thought* I had talked to him and everyone in cathedral, but maybe not.

If you are way past level 12, try DR and if you can't get the quest, go back and start questing!

Complete Quest Text (from Stephanie Turner):

"Oh, hello, luv. How go your adventures? Oh, I'm so glad to hear you're doing well.

"Oh, me? Thank you for asking--I'm doing well, all things considered.

"The increase in tradesmen has kind of put a damper on the amount of leather and cloth people are willing to part with these days, so it's been tougher to make clothing for the children at the orphanage, but we'll manage. By "we" I mean my husband and I. He's up in Ironforge trying to seek help from the citizens there."
