I don't see any description for this quest so I'll do it myself)

You must go to Charred Vale in Stonetalon Mountains, slay chimaera matriarch (27-28 lv) and return to NPC with quest loot from that matriarch.

Hah! I got a better helmet than this one in RFK when I was doing Brutal Armor! why do they do stuff like that? it was a tusken helm, and it dropped off the same guy who drops the 2-h axe... I forget his name.
