Tiger Mastery

Ajeck Rouack of Nesingwary's Expedition wants you to kill 10 Young Stranglethorn Tigers.
  •
Young Stranglethorn Tiger slain (10)

Description

When I was but a young girl, my father trained me in the art of tiger hunting.

You'll find the young felines much easier to track and slay. For this reason, we'll start you out easy. One can often find young tigers near the expedition camp.

Test your tracking skills and see if you can hunt some of the beasts down.

The quest is gained at Nessingwary's camp, but the giver has no mark above her head. Just click on all the inhabitants until you find the right one.

Dear Anonymous,

All quest comments older than 1.8 days are missing.
There doesn't seem to be any place to look up site problems, so I'm placing this randomly.

When I first arrived at Nesingwary's camp at level 36 (a few levels higher than optimal), there were no exlamations over the NPC's and no quests available. I discovered that you first have to talk to the dwarf in the camp, and he sends you to talk to Hemet Nesingwary (iirc), and suddenly then there are quests all over the camp.

The tigers are a stone's throw from the camp but, so are the crocolisks. Keeping your back to a mountainside would be a good idea to avoid being ambushed.

My hunter came to STV at 26 buy myself personal flaw of mine, "going exploring". One of these tigers killed me with little effort. At 31 I came back and "Sweety" was born she has been with me for 29 lvls of hell. As far as the quest goes I stayed close to the camp if no one is there you can kill a few, then chill out fishing catching some mithril head trout until the repop no problem.

I'm having trouble selecting the quest givers for this quest, was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. (biggest irritation is that I could stomp all over this quest as a level 37 troll rogue)

For a 30+ quest, this one was certainly not buffed, still a very bad 1250xp.
