Description

Now I'm going to up the stakes on you and truly test your skill. Prove to me you can kill 10 Elder Stranglethorn Tigers. If you can do that, you will be ready for your final challenge before I declare you a master tiger hunter in Master Nesingwary's presence.

Elder Stranglethorn Tigers are not only the most difficult to find, they are also the fiercest to defeat.

Head just West of the road as you head South, right between the first and second bridge. You'll find them between the Kal'ai Ruins & the Bal'lal Ruins around 35,20.

when you arrive at Gromgol go to the main road. then go north until you come to a brigde. jump of the brugde and go west and there is the tigers

33.18 is a very nice spot, also for people without Cosmos... I don't use cosmos either tbh:) Ometh is way better.... less stressfull on the resources:)

The area centered around 32:17 proved very fruitful for me in harvesting the elder tigers. If you roam a bit here and there you can carefully gather the ears of trolls for the Bloodscalp Ears quest.

As level 36 hunter did this with no serious problems, but was careful not to attract more than one troll at a time. Some were up around level 33-34. My pet and I could probably have handled two at a time, but maybe not three at once.

Elder Stranglethorm Tigers location confirmed as 33,28, thanks to the person who gave the co-ords originally. Did this quest easily as a 34 hunter.

did this as a lvl 31.. it was easy pet tanked one and u killed another, then switch to the pets target and kill.

didnt take long at all :D
