Description

I've gotten reports of a group of hunters that have set up camp upriver of the Venture Company mining camp on Lake Nazferiti. Now, normally I wouldn't care, but improbably, I heard that Hemet Nesingwary Jr. was one of the hunters there. He's certainly well-connected, if you catch my meaning, and you never can be too safe.

Im horde and I have this quest, the quest is for both horde an alliance, the rebel camp is alliance only.. THEY ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT THE REBEL CAMP .. thier talking about the camp where you get the hunting quest's at.

When you pick up the quest in booty bay, go back to the griffins and fly to darkshire.&nbsp Run through darkshire till you come to second left, towards STV.&nbsp Cross the bridge to stranglethorn, run PAST the rebel camp then go down to the right, you will come to the graveyard, where u res if you die in STV.&nbsp jump the barrier around it, and swim across the water, and you're there.&nbsp You should see it from the graveyard.&nbsp This also avoids having to run through stranglethorn if you're not lvl 40ish as there are a few lvl 35 - 40's around
And for the people who keep asking about co-ordinates, yes,its an addon that you have to download.&nbsp Once downloaded you enable them after the log in screen, when you get to the Character selection screen, bottom right hand corner, button that says AddOns

Confirmed 35,10 as coords.&nbsp Got killed once by a ? Alliance on the way to the camp, once by three ? Alliance when I arrived at the camp, and once more by two different ? Alliance when I res'ed to complete the quest. If you have any high-level friends, get them to escort you or something so you don't waste all your time running back to your body.

When you come from Duskwood, you cross the first bridge and you go down on you right.

Its much faster to run from Sentinel Hill and swim the channel to the south, much safer too.

Though this quest by itself has only minor rewards of XP and faction go ahead and pick it up, especially if you are a Hunter.
Hunters will be going to the camp to speak to the NPC "Ajeck Rouack" for the series of pet quests (Tiger Mastery, etc.) anyway so why not tack on a few extra xp on the fly?

From Booty Bay just stay on path and cross a couple of bridges going north and you will see the camp on right when you are on the second or third bridge down by the water.

260 exp for all the travelling? although i m 37 lv... but it's still green.

have another question. are all the quest exp paid as a set amount, times a set portion you get with the level difference? or is it different for different quest? coz' i realize most of the time, green quest and yellow quest paid the same. but this time it's awfully little exp for that amount of travelling...

It's Nesingwary's Expedition that you need to find for those of you who don't have the means of coordinates. Nesingwary's is made up of humans and dwarves (friendly). The camp sits at the north-end of the zone right on the river, just before the river bends into Lake Nazferiti. This is the same place where you get the Green Hills of Stranglethorn quests, along with the various beast Mastery quests.

I picked this quest up late (level 40), got 100 experience, a slight Booty Bay faction increase, and greatly decreased faction with the Bloodsail humans.

Not a horrible waste of time, even for me, but I could see greater benefit in it if I had picked it up about 10 levels ago.

follow the river upward north-northeast of grom camp.
kill the river crocs for their skin drops, another quest.

The amount of XP points does very from quest to quest. It also varies form what lvl you are compared to the lvl of the quest. Hope that answers your question. You may not know the lvl of the quest unless you have an addon (Quest Minion) or a Strategy Guide.
