Mountaineer Gravelgaw in the southern guard tower wants you to kill 10 Stonesplinter Skullthumpers and 10 Stonesplinter Seers and report back to him.

Description

Mountaineer Cobbleflint had nothing but good things to say about you, <race>. For that reason I am going to entrust upon you a mission of utmost importance. We need to keep pressure on the invading Trogg forces until our Dwarven brethren return from the Alliance front.

Set forth into the southern hills and kill 10 Stonesplinter Skullthumpers and 10 Stonesplinter Seers. Your attacks will buy us some time. Report back when your mission is complete.

Another great way to approach this is to get the 'Find Bingles' quest from Gnoarm at IF. Once you find Bingles (East coast of Loch Modan at coords 63,48), you go out to the Northernmost islands to get his tools. There are plenty of Seers and Skullthumpers on that island that you will need to go through to get to the tools, so you can complete both quests at once (they are in groups, so bring a friend or two).

The Skullthumpers and the Seers are in both places mentioned above: They're behind the troggs on the hill in Stonesplinter Valley (near the caves on your map) at 36,80. They can also be found on the northern most island in The Loch which is northeast of Thelsamar (you must swim to get there) at 50,25.

You could do this quest while collecting Bingle's Tools on the trogg island in the north end of the Loch. 2 of the tools are surrounded by these 2 types.

Don't get it twisted...those coords are DEAD ON. But you have to get through a big Trogg camp to get to them. This isn't just a stroll to the coords. If you are lucky you can kill off the peripheral troggs and sneak thru the middle of the 4 camps in the area to the pathway you need to get to. Once there, then you can pick these off 1 by 1. But I was shocked to find this HUGE camp of Troggs in the area, especially cuz I never noticed the pathway off the main road before.
