This is a random drop from any Stranglethorn mob. Just keep collecting them and buy at AH any remaining page (the usually are sold by 1 - 2 silver apice, cheap for the XP gained).

acording to allakhazam the quests to get chapters are alliance only but the quest to turn in the chapters is both horde and alliance. so if this is true the horde have to buy the chapters off nuetral AH. also are the quest for the chapters repeatable?

this quest is much easier to buy in the Ah for a total of about 1g total.
