Speak to Dirania Silvershine in Shadowglen.

Description

Ughhh... I was bitten very badly by a spider named Githyiss the Vile while exploring the spider cave very close to here. I am sure I have been seriously poisoned; you must help me.

Please tell Dirania Silvershine. She will be able to help me.

Hurry... I'm so dizzy...

if you get to the cave which is to the nw of the city, you find Ivan on the left of the cave up in the rocks.

The Iverron clearly says who he was bitten by, but I got the ichor from a spider just outside the entrance. It says u need the ichor from the spider that bit him. stange

Actually it says the ichor from the spiders, plural, that bit him. That means the spiders in the general area, not the specific spider that bit him.

To complete the quest you need to find [npc=8583] and speak to her.
She is next to the big cauldron just east of Shadowglen tree stairs.
Generally, she gives you [quest=4495] quest to find Iverron.
