To get the quest, you have to do another quest chain before beginning with "freedom for all creatures" in Feralas

I haven't done this yet (I will in a few days), but here is a mind-numbingly detailed guide [offsite link]:

This site also has detailed guides for many other pets.

OK.. if you have followed the posts and know WHERE To go to the quest giver, the quest can be obtained at lev 42.

TWO SETS OF QUESTS

Once you have done the timed one and so on, and got your reward in Darnassus Temple of the Moon, it ENDS!

YOU MUST GO BACK to feralis to get the SECOND SET OF QUESTS.

afk to do a tiny bit of research.. brb :D

There is much more to this quest than you think. You'll need to talk to "Kindal Moonweaver" in Feralas (her location is 65,45) and complete the series quest "Freedom For All Creatures" before you start "The Newest Member of the Family" which is the first part of the "Becoming A Parent" quest series.

I turned in the quest to Agnar in the Hinterlands, but I missed what he said when I hit complete too fast because I was worried about the time.&nbsp It sounds silly, but I like to read all my quests no matter how menial, so if anyone has a rundown of what he says when you first get the Sprite Darter egg too him, before he gives you the quest to get meat, I would be greatly appreciative
P.S. I also missed what he said when I got back from killing the wolves, I hope someone can answer, thanks

First of all you start in Feralas by doing the "Freedom for all creatures" series, when she after that sends you to Tyrande, go there, and then return to Feralas and talk to the one where it all started. Instructions from there is easy enough for anyone to follow. (Yes that means they tell you EXACTLY how to do, dont worry your little heads, you dont need to think at all)

If for any reason you should lose possession of this pet, you will not be able to get it back (unless you can still buy it back from the vendor).

In my haste, I confused my pet with the Mysterious Unhatched Egg that was also in my inventory, and sold the former instead of the latter shortly before logging.

When I came back on, I found that upon attempting to release my pet, it was not in my inventory. That unhatched egg still was.

Just a warning.

I started this quest as a lvl 44. I needed 12,000 more xp points to make lvl 45. I did the entire chain of quests in about 2-3 hours.

Once I was finished I was a lvl 45 and had 34,000 points. So I gained roughly 46,000 xp points during the entire chain. That was all the quest turn-in's and the killing xp.

In case you can't find Kindall. Look for the cage of sprite darters. She is directly behind it on a little cliff. Water separates her from the cage. To the left of the cage there is a tree with a very tiny path up this hill. Take that. It will go UP then down to these two women.

ENJOY THE PET!
