Description

The remains of a giant thresher - much larger than one you'd expect to find in Darkshore - lie beached on the coast of the Mist's Edge. How this creature came to be here is unknown; the group of murlocs that now feast off the carcass of it seem to be much too weak, even in large numbers, to have brought down the beast.

While some of it has been picked clean, enough of it remains to take a sample for Gwennyth Bly'Leggonde in Auberdine to study.

You cannot do this quest until you have completed both "Washed Ashore" quests. You can get this quest by clicking on the hanging guts inside of the creatures corpse. The creature is just north of Auberdine at loc (41,31). the corpse is right on the beach. You cant miss it.

There are 5 Turtles and 4 Sea Creatures not including the 1 turtle underwater and the 1st sea creature ur asked to find south of Auberdine. The 9 I mentioned are extras u can do on the side quest. I did this with my lvl 40 rogue and mount. Start from the top and go way down from the coast. The last 4 are close to one another on little patches of sand/land.

I completed all the first parts of the quests and i acc destroyed the bones so i abandoned the quest because i could pick the bones again and now she wont give me the quest back

i completed washed ashore II, but she doesn't have the exclamation mark over her head. how do i get this quest?

I completed both washed ashore quests, but she won’t give me the rest of the quests.

What gives. I was at about level 14 when I finished washed ashore II and now I’m 18 and still nada. What gives?

The first quest is given by Gwennyth Bly'Leggonde. After you do the quest and turn it in she gives you a second quest. Both of these are 'Washed Ashore' quests. Then the others are variously called Beached Sea Creature and Beached Sea Turtle. These quests are (all) obtained by finding the remains on the shore and clicking on some feature of the remains to get the quest. At least several of these can all be obtained without having to turn any of them in to Gwennyth Bly'Leggonde. It's possible (probable?) that all except the Washed Ashore can be accumulated before turning any in - but I didn't keep track closely enough to say for sure. See great list of coordinates given by Atzura in post above. The farthest one(s) south may need a party unless your class is especially good at level 19/20 murloc type mobs who gang up on you.

Where do I get the plug ins? I have seen coordinates for everything and I would really like to use this.
