Description

You find a corpse of a sea turtle that had beached itself on the coast of Darkshore some time ago. It has been picked nearly clean by Greymist murlocs, the very ones who now have encamped themselves around the creature's remains. Still, there appear to be some suitable samples left on the creature's remains that Gwennyth Bly'Leggonde in Auberdine might be able to make use of.

There are several similar quests all along the Darkshore coastline.

They require that you complete Washed Ashore first.

This one is at 31,85.

ok, I know this is an easy quest, and I know I'm probaly really dumb for having not figured it out by now, but I have run up & down & up & down the entire beach ... and I have come across a lot of dead things...big dead things... but none of them are what I need! I've killed everyting I can kill... I dunno what to do! >={
Hehe, I realize I got this quest several levels ago, but it's killing me that I aven't finished it!

If anyone knows which dead critter I need to loot sea turtle remains, PLEASE let me know! =)

Hey, folks, I think that the problem is you have to do these dead beached critters in a specific order. Should you not do so, the manipulable bits probably remain dormant.

I think you might need to do the other sea creature quests before this one. I was able to do both sea turtle quests at once and got 550 XP at level 18. Not a bad reward.
