Ok, after 3 hours and no Icor, I headed to trusty thottbot.

Majority rule was to hit the bridge areas. So I did....crossed bridge and hung a quick right. Second kill of a Giant Moss Creeper and its /dance time. Creeper icor!

Short lived celebration, followed by extreme terror....

The fiance just pulled up, and I failed to get the dishes done....OH TURDS!

I am currently hiding under the couch w/ the laptop....shhhhhh! she will never find me for I am in "Ghetto Stealth"

Ohhh man....she is really mad....I bet she broke her toe...."Kickin the fridge never solve's a thing."

Yep, 63,33 it dropped after an hour or so. I tried to farm the lvl 25 spiders, but I went back to the bridge area (slightly north ofg the bridge, on the west side of the river)and killed the lvl 22's again, and got it right away.

I'm suprised nobody mentioned the Bear Tounges being a tough drop.&nbsp Agian the lvl 22 bears do the trick.

I crossed the bridge, killed a few spiders and found a little gap between mountains. I ran through there, and after I killed 2, I got the Ichor drop. This is located BEHIND Durnholde Keep. Good luck :]

After doing the quest for about a hour and noticing that the drop rate is pretty poor, I found out that it's not worth trying to do the quest at all.&nbsp I wish I had a heads up. :-(

The drop rate is extreamly low for such a quest that only gives you about 100 exp. points, as well as giving you high hopes for abit more experience.

Although the next part is easy and gives you 1500+ experience. :-)

Boy this quest is a beeyotch, took me two days.&nbsp I think the bridge stuff is nonsense, the ichor is just very hard to find.&nbsp Mine was about half-way&nbsp between the bridge and the farm, on the east side of the pond.&nbsp I've never been so relieved to finish a quest!&nbsp =P

This is ridiculous.&nbsp From midnight till 3 30 ive slain bear after bear after bear.&nbsp I have 4 tounges, I mean this is truly horrible.&nbsp Got the ichor on the first kill.

Once you turn in the quest to Apothecary Lydon, Umpi is a frog located inside the same building as the Apothecary.....he jumps around the room and will have a yellow question mark above him.&nbsp

I got the ichor off a creeper that was across the bridge and wandering around by the Keep. You will be able to tell if the creeper is the right one as (s)he will rear up and spit green goo at you. Those are the ones that drop the ichor. One note: I didn't find the ichor until after I had collected all ten bear tongues. Not sure if that has anything to do with it, but I thought I would throw that out there.

Any spider can drop it. All the stories are just coincidences. I got mine west of the mill so the bridge thing is just nonsense.

i killed 41..yes i counted spiders..for this qst..then i checked thottbot and saw the suggestion to kill one by bridge..so i go there kill a lv 20 creeper and boom he drops the ichor...that can't be a cooincidence with all these peeps getting same results

I read all the reviews and did all of them. Unfortunatly i tried the "Bridge" method. Didnt work. Then i tried something new. The one that didnt stick out to much but....well it worked. all i had to do is go across the bridge and head south. There should be lvl 26-27 elder moss spiders. And as another person mentions its at 60-54 (Cosmo as some people might not know) is where i found mine. first shot. Bring a friend if needed.

I have killed over 100 creepers in the last 4 hours all by the bridge, still no luck finding Ichor. I dinged twice though!

I Found the Ichor at 59, 25 just south of the farm at Tarren Mill. No where near the bridge, THIS DROP IS TOTALLY RAMDOM.

If more people are looking around the bridge, that's where more will be found. I've done this quest with eight different characters and the only similarity is that the drops are completely random. They've come from near the bridge and from high up the river almost into Alterac one ichor was off a spider so close to town that after my initial attack, the guards killed it. The first time I finished the whole quest in 20 minutes, the second time it took me over four hours.

After that, what worked best for me was getting this quest along with Blood of Innocents, Elixir of Pain and the Battle of Hillsbrad series, then just killing bears and spiders I found along the way until this quest was complete.

The bridge has nothing to do with it. *Maybe* it has a higher drop rate, but I sincerely doubt it. Got mine just south of town.

Found mine near the bridge - but I think its coincidence. Everybody reads that its near the bridge and they hunt near the bridge. Its no surprise that it drops at the bridge. I think you just have to kill enough, probability wise you will get it eventually. Some people are luckier than others.

I killed about 15 of the elder moss creepers also and they did not help. IMO stick with the easy lvl 20 - 23 creepers and they will eventually give you one.

This takes forever, and would have been easier if we just had to kill 100, but the drop is not confined to any locations as I got mine at 57,24. I hate this quest, but it honestly feels great knowing that it is finally done.

I got the spider Icor on second kill right outside of TM.&nbsp Now I can't find any frickin' bear tongues.&nbsp I've gotten 1 tongue in about 20 grey bear kills.

i creeped for 2 days now and no ichor.. killed all the spiders around the keep several times.. where exactly did you guys find the proper mob? what level where the ichor dropping spiders?
was it the south or north side of the bridge?

Well, my problem isnt the ichor, i found that on my 6-7 spider...
I've killed about 50 gray bears and only have 6 out of the 10 tongues!&nbsp But everyone dont give up on this one because i hear he gives out some bad a$$ quests later on.

Gained 2 levels just hunting the spiders,
And still no thingy... =(

55000 exp / +-250 xp each = 220 spiders! (minus about 20 bears)

Probability of not dropping after 200 spiders is 0.08% !
(at 3.5% droprate,and that's not even counting the kills listed in here of people who didn't have the quest) =/

well, starting at lvl20 and just before I hit 24, I found my ichor... near the bridge! Uncanny, but somehow it does seem to be the best place to get it.
