Again, a spell instead of a quest, pay 4 blood shards for this buff. Int +10 for 30 minutes

Only horde can turn this quest in even though alliance can obtain Blood Shards. Obtain four Blood Shards and go to 44, 59 (Camp Taurajo) to the quillboar in a cage near the flight master. Blood Shards are obtained by killing quillboars or mining in the Barrens.

This buff lasts a total of thirty minutes and is closely related to the mage buff Arcane intellect (Rank 2)..
