Upon completion of this quest you will gain:- 1250 experience ( 7 50 at max. level)
- 75 Reputation with Orgrimmar
10 - Enhanced Movement Speed for 5 min
  4 - Spirit +25 for 30 min
  4 - Strength +10 for 30 min
  4 - Agility +10 for 30 min
  4 - Intellect +10 for 30 min
4 - Absorb and Reflect Damage for 10 min
The enhanced speed, in my opinion, is the most useful buff he offers, although the others are very welcome indeed.
This quest took awhile to get to (the one that leads to it "Tribes at War" was annoying, but doable), but was well worth it in the end. Which is more than I can say for some of the Ashenvale quests...
