A Call to Arms: The Plaguelands!

Seek out High Executor Derrington. His base camp is located at the Bulwark, east of Tirisfal Glades and the Undercity.

Description

Heroes of the realm, hear me - the Horde calls upon you for swift action!

A call to arms has been issued for all able bodied individuals to take up arms against the Scourge! Rumors fly of new threats rising from the ruins of the Eastern Kingdoms. They loom to the east of the Undercity, in the northern reaches of the lands now known as the Plaguelands!

Heroes of the realm - seek out High Executor Derrington, who has set up his base camp at the Bulwark, east of Tirisfal Glades!

The npc to turn in this quest to,High Executor Derrington,is often bugged,and if killed by someone who puts the Argent Dawn on "at war" status,he may not spawn until a server restart.Since he starts the most of the quests in western plaguelands(not really gives most of them out,but he leads you into them),so please be careful about killing this NPC when you have the "At War" status turned on.

I tried the coords in Undercity, as well as the Warbringer in Orgrimmar...cannot get the quest. Is there a questline I must complete in order to open up this questline ?

Harbinger Balthazad is the NPC in undercity that starts the quest. he can be found patrolling the canals (the circle inbetween the trade quarter and the other quarters) in a counter-clockwise circle.

This quest, picked up in Thunder Bluff is most likely the quest that introduces a level fifty horde character will get to go to the Western Plaguelands; the quest is turned in at the Bulwark in Tirisfal Glades. The Bulwark, where this quest leads you will be the main questing zone for your stay in Western Plaguelands.
