Look, plans ARE NOT a drop.&nbsp They are on the table, right next to the encrypted letter.&nbsp Use the map link provided, and you'll find it easy.

No one necessarily had to be that rude with him....
From my experience the quest was not a drop but part of two seperate papers I found on the table at their camp.

It's in the Syndicate camp on Sofera's Naze, which is one of the high plateau in Alterac Mountains overlooking Hillsbrad Foothills.

The coordinates in Atrapost's post is correct.

For those of you who don't use Cosmos or similar add-ons, it's the one that lies on the eastern side, east of the road coming up from Tarren Mill & Darrow Hill.

By the way, this quest is somewhat hard to solo at the quest level, due to the number of mobs in the camp and their short respawn timer. However, if somebody else shows up while cleaning up the camp, it would be relatively easy to do ... so on a busy day it's probably worth trying even if you're alone.

Well it's easy for a hunter to do it.. send a pet trough the middle camp mobs to attack another mob from a bit far... and go take the quest :P

Found both this quest and Encrypted Letter at the Corahn's Dagger camp just southeast of the AV entrance. This camp is less well guarded than the previous location and makes it easier to get this quest.
