Kill 10 Daggerspine Shorehunters and 10 Daggerspine Sirens for Lieutenant Farren Orinelle in Southshore.

Description

My former mentor in the Stormwind city guard sent a message to me that Alliance High Command is becoming concerned with the threat posed by the naga. From what he's heard, there's good chances for promotion--or at least reassignment--for anyone who proves valuable in this regard.

There's just one small problem... I can't handle the naga, <name>. Oh sure, I could break up a drunken barroom brawl, or haul off a belligerent beggar, but the naga are too much for me. You've got to help me, <name>!

Yep. To the south of Southshore on the right side, is the Western Strand with a whole bunch of Murlocs. Across from there, on the left side as you come out of the south of Southshore, is the Eastern Strand, which is full of Naga.

Those guys are way easier than the murlocs in the previous quest... If you soloed the last quest (Like I did), you should have no problem doing so with this.

An easy way to get to the quest is by headig down the river where the Turtles are then going south or towards the shore . U will find them ther. I am a lvl 36 Hunter I havent had any probems and u shouldnt either. Just watch ur back occasionaly for Horde attacks

When you turn in the sack of Murloc heads to the marshall he asks you to talk to the Lutenient about the Naga on the Eastern Strand, Since all the last murloc quests have been on the western strand.......

Anyway the directions to where they are is actually in the previous quest.&nbsp Go figure

did this quest fairly easy as a 35 rogue.&nbsp this was alot easier than the aggro fest that the merloc part of the quest was.&nbsp happy hunting!

Yeah...&nbsp the sirens kind of annoyed me (I'm a mage with about 800-900 hp and they had magical attacks that did 115... and I prefer to solo) but I found this quest pretty easy once I found the freaking nagas.&nbsp They stay pretty far apart and like others said, you can just pick them off...&nbsp :shrugs:&nbsp I didn't see any nagas on any of my flights to ss went ahead and did a couple alterac mountains quests first.&nbsp Anyway... yeah.&nbsp If a level 32 mage can solo it, you can too!

If you happen to be a warlock with Neverending breath, you can be a farely lower level and get either off shore...they space nicely and you can pull them out to u with your imp. Any other class with underwater breathing spells work rather nicely as well..this works well to complete the quest. On shore for either murlocs or Naga work great just to grind for leveling.

As with the Southshore Murloc quests, I found this one a lot easier to handle doing undersea battling where the Daggerspine don't group together. Just watch where you're swimming and fighting. At one point I had swum to an area where I was fighting a different variety of Daggerspine, not what my current quest called for. They all looked the same, so I didn't notice for a while. No harm done. Still got xp and some decent drops, just didn't help, obviously, with the quest I was on.

To find these then go down to the docks and then just follow the shore to the left :)

In about 10-15mins you'll have killed the numbers that you need =)

there is just that many of them .. More Sirens than Shorehunters though :)

Easy Quest. Mobs are lvl 30-31. As saw just as many Sirens ans Hunters. Location as stated in other posts. East of South Shore, along the coast.

This one is even easier than the Murloc quests because they tend to spread out and not hang out in gangs (or schools, I guess, since they are fish-like).

They are along the eastern shore as you leave the dock. Easy kills.

i went out there, preped to kill the first one, and then 2 shadowy assassins came out of no where adn started killing me
they killed me, i rezed, they came otu of no where again and killed me then proceded in attackign a gaurd, i rezed again and somehow they were still there and followed me all the way thru town until i got to the inn

Its just east of South Shore near the water, it was easy i did it with my lvl 34 Night Elf Hunter, and i got 2 good drops, a 12 slot bag and a uncommon necklace i can sell for like 40silver

Just jump into water at Southshore and swim forward from boat that in water and you will see them
