Just a short time ago, one of your priests was here looking for you, <race>. He said that if I were to see you, I should direct you towards the Cathedral of Light. He said it was very important, but I would not be overly concerned if I were you. His demeanor seemed positive... as though it were good news. I wouldn't take too long in making my way there if I were you.

It's able to be used by all the alliance priests aswell. It's really a priests "oh-crap" button.

how can this quest be "new" i've use wow reader since i started playinf and i've completed it?

This is probably given by a priest trainer in the Night Elf Temple of the Moon, as evidenced by the "Elune be with you" part. And since most human/dwarf priests aren't in Darnassus when they hit 10...

so, the night´s elf´s can use the desperate prayer? because with my night elf i try to find that especific magic and i coudn´t find that.
