Seed of Life

Seek out Remulos in Moonglade and give him the Seed of Life.
Seed of Life
Provided Item:
Seed of Life

Description

The misbegotten centaur--my sons and daughters--have need of their father.

Look around you--this place rings of hope and all that my father Cenarius preaches. It sprung from me! And I cannot take that away from them... not even for their crimes against me.

But there is one thing I would ask of you to ease my brother's mind. Take this... it is the first seed that fell from the life my remains nourished. Tell him my spirit remains here, and that I live on. I am sure he will understand.

The easiest way to get to moonglade is to fly to auberdine (darkshore) and go north as far as the zone takes you. Then, jump in the ocean and swim north until it announces that you're in moonglade. Make sure it says moonglade and not mists' edge, then drown yourself and you'll spawn in the moonglade graveyard.

Go into the tunnel in northern felwood that connects to winterspring, when you see the bridge, make a left and it will take you into moonglade.

Go to Felwood. Head North, you will reach Felpaw Village enter the tunnel (either you are friendly or hostile), make you way forward and when you are on a bridge, turn left and jump. You will reach Moonglade. [For Horde players The moment you enter Moonglade head forward and jump down the small cliff, you will see the FP]

Than head to 36,41, to give in the quest.
I got 1,50gold, 6100xp and 150Repu with Cenarion Circle as a LvL54 Hunter.

Thanks,

You can get this quest after killing Princess Theradras. A big Keeper of the Grove will spawn in the middle of her ring when she is dead and give you this quest.

You would think a simple turn in would be easy. But getting to Moonglade is not. First, you have to get to Felwood, then you can make a choice. At the north end of the zone is the tunnel that takes you to Winterspring or Moonglade, right before the tunnel entrance is the mob that gives you the quest to increase your faction with the Timbermaws in the tunnel. But the kicker is you have to do it multiple times to get enough faction not to be kos.

Not sure how many times as after I did it once and still found I was getting attacked, I just ran through using seals and healing myself to get through it. I managed not to get killed, and found my way to the Shrine of Remulos for the turn in.

I got 6100 exp at level 52 and "reputation with Cenarion Circle has greatly increased" In the end, unless you really want to, I'd just recommend running through the tunnel rather than worrying about the faction.

Go to the cave north of felwood, dive in, lvl 53 54 furlborgs welcome u with fangs, no need to do quest, fight or kamikaze, take the turn right in cave, now there are a few mini bosses, all namned, and there will be about 20 furlborgs rushing you there, get shield drink potions, get stealthed, kamikaze, they will stop following, then u kill 1 more lvl 54 furlborg, voila, moonglade, dont forget to take the flightpath at the exit of the cave, to the left.

Come on guys, its so easy! Pick up the quest from the guy at the entrance to the tunnel. Head back all the way to the south and kill the Furbolgs down there. As long as you haven't killed any of the Timbermaw guys, you should be able to get Unfriendly status which is enough to make them not attack you, so you can then run through the tunnel without having to fight *anything*.

Hope this helps :-)

NE Hunter

I have the "Pariahs" quest, and was able to get the Seed quest from the centaur dude after killing Princess.

Hard part is getting to Moonglade.&nbsp That's the Druid-only town NE of Darkshore.&nbsp Only way for non-Druids to get there is through Felwood.&nbsp The trip through isn't a big deal, but there is a tunnel between the zones filled with 50+ mobs who work pretty hard to kill you.&nbsp There's a quest guy outside the cave who says something about proving yourself to them by doing a quest.&nbsp I figured I'd skip that and just run through.&nbsp Died 3 times, but made it.&nbsp

Then you talk to the head centaur dude, and get the money and exp.&nbsp Better have your HS ready to get out, the griffon masters won't talk to anyone who's not a Druid.

" Your problem is the AQ Eranikus event. If a guild fails (Remulos dies), he wont respawn for quite a while to prevent a second attempt. I've heard 24 hours as well as server restart. "

"If he dies, he will respawn.

However, in most cases he doesn't. He gets bugged whenever he tells you to meet him back at the grove after redeeming eranikus. And he disappears- doesn't respawn until a server restart.

Blizzard knows this. They just refuse to restart servers / manually spawn him. (And fix it)

It's impeding the gate opening. And they'd hate for content to be plowed through so quickly.

Also, he's needed to turn in Nightmare Engulfed Object, which I can't turn in."

lol easy to cross the cave imo, was unfriendly
with timbermaw but pw:shielded and shadowform,
when shield was down got out shadowform, renew,
recast shield and reenter shadowform.

That with psychic scream can get you past the
biggest mob zone, die on the path halfway and
wait till there are no mobs in the neighbourhood

after that just drink/eat, reenter shadowform
and do the last part :>

Died once but made it and have flight path now :>

But hold frost nova until you jump of the bridge there u can nova alot of them.Always refresh mana shield form the moment they hit u and blink away from the moment u can blink. I did'nt die an only lost 200 hp at he end when my mana was up and i could'nt use mana shield anymore.

I swam out of darkshore to the north once I got close to Moonglade it changed my area to moonglade. From there I hellfired till I died then res'd in moonglade :) Much easier than making it through the tunnel :) Alternatively if you cant hellfire you can drown yourself and that should work.

"You can't finish this quest until 57 solo without dying trying to get to moonglade, unless you're a rogue. There is no dispute to this it is impossible."

Not true. I am a lvl 52 Ne Hunter I did it without dying. This is how you do it. Run as far as you can, feind death and the shadowmeld. Wait for feind death cooldown to finish and then continue. There! If your not a NE Hunter then I am not sure how you will be able to do it.

This is not as hard as it looks. I tried getting the reputation with Galz, but it was going to take about 32 turn ins before I made friendly with the Furlborg or whatever. Not sure if it is like this for everyone but I was very unfriendly with them.

As a 51 priest, first I used a lesser invis pot. I got past about 3-4 furlborgs before this went out. After that I used shield. The shield wasn't even broken through before I reached Winterspring. Ran and got the FP in Everlook to allow my invis pot recharge to go out. After getting the FP, I ran back to the tunnel. I used another invis pot and ran part way through.

This is where it gets tricky. In order to get to Moonglade, you have to jump down the brige and there is a tunnel down there. I made the mistake and ran all the way through to Felwood again. By this time I was cocky, so I went in again without an invis pot. I got most of the way down the tunnel with shield, then I feared and regened, but I died about 3/4's of the way down the tunnel due to being slowed. Ran back and rezzed, shadowmelded and regened. There is two wanderers that walk down this tunnel. One walks further up the tunnel, the other further down. The further down wanderer aggroed me through my shadowmeld. I shielded and ran, made it through easily.

My advice: Use invis pots if you don't have stealth. If you have a shield, use it. If you have a fear, use it when shield goes out. These tunnels aren't that hard to run through.

I'm a level 51 rogue. I sprinted past the most of them at the Y where you choose to go to Moonglade or Winterspring. All of the mob there followed me but only hit me once each and didn't daze me. Even when my sprint ran out they weren't fast enough to catch me, which is wierd. My warrior friend of the same level just followed as I had all the aggro. I'm not sure if the speed the run at is reduced on purpose. But I had no problem, didn't even have to use vanish. They took me down like 1200 life but not a big deal. This is just my experience.

As long as I've been playing Blizzard games I shouldn't really be surprised, but it just hurts my brain sometimes trying to figure out what they are thinking. Defeated Princess at lvl 50, get quest, head through Felwood to complete, reach cave and unfriendly mobs, get quest to placate and let me pass, realize quest I must complete to finish my yellow quest is RED. Just wanted to say I just made the run through the village with a 51 warlock. Run hard and fast, take the north passage when you see it. Sacked my VW and used a health stone, and I think a potion. Could be done without the potion I am sure. When I dies I waited for the mobs to run back. Alas 2 parked right beside my body. Oh well, back to life and start running, show up in moonglade with my bar at min.

Sat down for a relaxing bite to eat and a drink and was on my merry way to turn in the quest.
