Find Agmond.

Description

Prospector Agmond was in charge of our excavation sites in the Badlands, to the southwest. I say "was" because...well, I haven't heard from him in weeks. I need you to find Agmond so I can get his report.

Last I heard Agmond was at the southernmost dig site in the Badlands--a tiny operation past the Angor Fortress. I'd start your search for him there.

Okay, guys, this quest made me feel like a huge dork.&nbsp Why?&nbsp Because I looked within feet of his body and then asked some high lvls finally because I couldn't find it.&nbsp
Let's be specific: In the quest it says it's just past the Angor Fortress in the southern most dig - thought it was the Hammertoe Site?&nbsp Wrong.&nbsp Keep going around that mountain range that the Hammertoe Site is sitting against, to the west.
Across the Mirage Flats, on the south end of another mountain range, you'll find Agmond's End.&nbsp Troggs in a camp - don't kill any yet you don't have to - you'll see why.&nbsp Just to the right of the camp, curved around the mountain, there is the broken skeletal remains of...AGMOND!&nbsp Once you find him, be sure to click on him again to get the next quest in the line - one which asks you to kill 12 of the troggs plus the boss named Manoroc or something like that.
I must have killled fifty troggs plus the boss two times looking for Agmond and then had to do it all over again because of the next quest.
I'm the one people ASK for info and it was stupid to be so close, ask, and look like a noob.&nbsp Go, do it fast, and maybe the fates will forgive me.&nbsp <grin>

Battered Dwarven Skeleton - 51, 62 - just to the right of the Stonevault camp (which is just north a bit of Theldurin the Lost).

Ok well ... he is located at 50 , 62 but u won't see the yellow point on the mini map .. why ? because the moob u need to talk is a skeleton and you have to open him as a food crate or something ..

Theres another part to this quest, it doesnt show up here. You have to kill 12 troggs and you receive a rock pulverizer, I think its a mace

the easiest way to explain it is when u are facing the little diggsite. just follow the mountains to the north it takes 10seconds to go from camp to the skeleton

You have to be in the Badlands!&nbsp There is a dead dwarf on the ground close to level 40 troggs and a huntress plus a buzzard.&nbsp You can kill the huntress, wait for the buzzard to fly away and time it when the nearby trogg is facing away and click on the dead dwarf!&nbsp

the body is at 50,62. there will be a Ridge Huntress and a Stonevault Bonesnapper so kill them first :)

The body of Agmond is just north of the Trogg camp as previously mentioned. It's tucked up against the hillside.

When i completed the quest I also got a piece of Jade, two Gold Ore and 'Ripped Prospector Belt'. Plus the option to take the Murdaloc quest.

1450 XP and 50 Ironforge Faction.

The corpse is at the base of the cliff, on the east side near the trailhead. The wolves and Troggs all over this are are high 30s low 40s and very aggressive.

yea the body is not too far north from the camp. just stick next to the base of the mountain heading on the east side.

I was standing on his spine and got the coords : 50.9,62.4

You right click his corpse and get the reward.. leads on to quest "Murdaloc". In Murdaloc just kill Murdaloc and kill 12 of the trogg noobs around that area.

Go to Agmonds End in the Bad Lands. Body lies flat as a pancake at 50,62. Enjoy. Note that once you end this quest it will begin a new one called Murdaloc.

I did this as a lvl 36 paladin. Getting there past all the coyotes and buzzards was a major pain in my behind! Once I got there, a Tauren feral druid was killing Bonesnappers (troggs) left and right which made it a little bit easier to find the dwarf's dead body and click on it to complete the quest. The gold ore and jade were a much appreciated reward as I am a Miner/Blacksmith and gold veins are still a rare find for me, plus several of my armor recipes use Jade. I didn't even bother walking out of the zone but Hearthstoned it the heck out of there. I really don't like that zone but that's probably because I'm really a few level too low for it and every solo fight was a real hassle.

Did easily at lvl 33 on my Rogue, should work on Druids or Mages too if they sheep, just stealth up and distract the bonesnapper when he stops at the farthest away from the corpse and complete the quest and get out of there
