Rite of Wisdom

Travel to Red Rocks east of Thunder Bluff and speak with the Ancestral Spirit.

Description

To gain acceptance amongst the elders of Thunder Bluff you must next complete the Rite of Wisdom.

Now that you have passed the Rite of Vision, the ancestral spirits of Red Rocks will give you the blessing of our ancestors. Only those who have drunk from the Water of Seers can gain the blessing.

Travel east of Thunder Bluff, to Red Rocks and seek out the Ancestral Spirit, <name>.

The spirit is surrounded by Bristlebacks. You can pick up the quest https://classicdb.ch/?quest=833 : A Sacred Burial at 60,25 and do that quest while working your way to the spirit.

You don't need to follow the ghost wolf, you can go directly to the Ancestral Spirit at 61, 21.

The Ancestor Spirit is in the burial site in Red Rocks. He's surrounded by lvl 9-10 Bristleback Interlopers so he's a bit tough to get to.

You can do this at the same time as the Sacred Burial quest. Get that one first so you can get the extra experience when you finish killing the Bristlbacks. You can solo this at 10 if you have the proper pulling techniques.

My results:
You gain 850 experience.
Your reputation with Thunder Bluff has increased.

since ur a tauren i think its quite easy kill some so&nbsp get behind them near the rockwall, thats 1 or 2 to be killed, run towards the spirit, complete quest take next one. by this time u got about 3 mobs at you, warstomp (tauren racial) and run out again.

as some people can't/don't have cosmos i'll describe it.

Red rocks is an area that will become uncovered once you discover it. It's directly east of thunder bluff, more north(ish) than south.

Once you arrive, there's a ledge to the east rock face with the graveyard. It's full of bristleback interlopers so kill em.

go to thunder bluff, get off on elder rise and run through the golden plains in an eastern direction. it's at 61,20, golden plains.

I found the spirit right in the burial grounds.&nbsp Had to kill about 8-10 interlopers to get to it, but they were easily pulled one at a time.

I found the spirit inside the burrial ground, myself. Had to kill 6 NPCs to get to him.

What are cosmos? im new to WoW and have only had it a few weeks.....are cosmos those things for looking up coordinates to make it easier?....if so i really need one but dont know where to get one....and if i get one can soemone give me the coordinates for the spirit?

The spirt is located in the camp on the left side! the cemetary where the interloapers are near the other npc

its straight east of TB.. just run to the edge, at the mountains.. you can see a lot of bristlebacks, and its there... the cliffs are kinda red in that area.

yea the [blue][10] Sacred Burial[/blue] quest is near the burial site (59,25) gotta kill interlopers for it might want to pick it up on the way there.

Get quest at 60, 26 first to kill 8 bristleback interlopers since you need to go through them anyway and the quest is right there. That gets you an additional 2.5 silver and 625 xp +75 TB rep at level 9.

The spirit itself is at 61, 21.
