You will now be revered within our great city. Any <race> worthy of completing the Rites of the Earthmother earns that honor.

For your final quest, seek out our noble leader, Cairne Bloodhoof, who dwells atop the highest mesa in Thunder Bluff.

Enter in the tower where is the " Tal [Wind Raider Master], and exit before reached him - 1 level under him; go just straight and you'll find Bloodhoff :))) Coordinates 59,51

I went to the place with the wind guy and went inside and started climbing up. I went out the second door, and he was right across....just on the other side of the bonfire.

This is the 3rd char I've made, and Cairne has always been where the above posts say he should be, but I will vouch for the above poster who says he apparently goes on vacation...&nbsp because he is just plain not ANYWHERE in thunder bluff, most especially at the coordinates and locations listed here.&nbsp His honor guard is standing there guarding an empty tent.&nbsp He was there earlier when I picked up the quest, but now I can't turn it in.&nbsp I'll assume he'll be there next time I login... *shrug*

Found the npc in the main mesa, eastern most section, did some climbing but i saw her as i made my way up to the edge of the mesa

ok, I completed the last quest (the red rocks one) and I know this because the mission isnt in my mission log anymore. So I go to the city and find Bloodhoof, but he wont talk to me. Theres no new mission in my log telling me to talk to him, is there somewhere else i need to go first?
