This is not a horde only quest, to the best of my knowledge. It's hunter only. Great item, and a fun dungeon to run.

Add this to Renataki's Charm of the Beasts ( https://classicdb.ch/?item=19953 ) and roll over just about any opponent.

It's an ok item, but compared to the Onyxia or even the Darkmoone one, I'm disappointed. The bonuses for the highest level neck's of other classes is far more useful (and most have better stats, relative to this, as well). Just seems like they undercut the hunts on ths one. For all the rep grinding needed to get this, they could've made it a little better.
