Primal Hakkari Tabard

Description

Zanza can create the ancient troll enchantments with the right components.

The first is a primal token that must be taken from the most powerful of the Hakkari.

The second is a punctured voodoo doll. These can be found in the piles of refuse that litter this foul place. Look inside the jinxed hoodoo piles.

The last is the high elven facsimile of troll magic known as the Arcanum. I do not know where they can be found.

The +4mana/5secs doesn't work like regular Mana/5secs abilities. It actually actively ticks. By that I mean it registers in the Combat Log as "You gain 5 mana" repeated a bazillion times.

Unfortunately, this "Active Ticking" as I call it can cause aggro, and can potentially make MC'ing a mob in the center of other mobs very dangerous.

Can this quest be done repeatedly without limits or only twice? I'm thinking of getting it for the armor I'm wearing now, but when I get better I migth get it for that too... Is that possible? Anybody knows? :)

You can do it twice, I saw a priest today with this on the halo and leggings of transcendece..

While it's not completely in-line with your dream parody, I do believe that you'll be happy to hear that in the next patch, the Dire Maul Librams will no longer be a requirement for the Zul'Gurub enchantments. Instead, a new item drop from either Bloodlord Mandokir or Jin'do the Hexxer, along with the class appropriate Voodoo doll will be all that is necessary, making these enchants much more accessible to players.

We do plan to incorporate additional use for the Librams, but the specifics are yet to be determined.

its inside ZG were at alter just afther the road splits to the blooddrinker and spiderboss there is a guy up there and you only need to be frindly to get it
