Description

The Earthen Ring is a shamanistic group dedicated to studying and preserving the elements. They have forgotten more about crazy old gods, ancient legends and lore than most scholars will ever know.

Lucky for you, I know someone in the Earthen Ring here in Ashenvale. Head over to Zoram'gar Outpost on the coast of the Zoram Strand; show Je'neu Sancrea what you found. If anyone can figure out that globe's significance, it'd be him.

ITS THERE! all you have to do is swim out to the gazebo, kill the ORANGE ELEMENTAL named TIDRESS, tak it back to the guy in splintertree THEN take it to zoram gar.

But if for some reason you "haven't" visited Zoram'Gar outpost... you need to go all the way to the west coast of Ashenvale. There is a small outpost on the beach w/ a multi-tude of quest givers, plus of course the Wind Rider guy.

there is no quest to kill it.

You GET a quest after killing it when you pick up and right-click on the water-thingy :)

In the quest to kill 12 Befouled elementals you are sent to this area. Once you get the globe from the Tidestress it clearly says:

"Maybe I should bring this back to the man who sent me here in the first place."

Implying that he sent you there for a quest, so get it from him, THEN kill the elemental. and its Green, not orange

Simple delivery. Just take the flight from Splintertree to Zoram'gar Outpost and you're all set.

Saw hordes have 3 quests availble to them that reward belt with +attack power.
Trying to find something similiar for my alliance druid...no luck.

after you deliver it you get to choose between 3 things deftkin belt, driftmire shield, soft willow cape
