<name> - for someone as exalted among the Zandalar as you are, I have something very special for you. Direct from our home in the South Seas... the Signets of the Zandalar! These signets are used to enhance any shoulder item you may possess. Should you seek might, mojo, or serenity - I have what you need!

I ask for fifteen Zandalar Honor Tokens in exchange for your choice of one signet. If you have the tokens ready, then I'm ready to make a deal!

Does anyone know if these enchants are like the Argent Dawn shoulder ones, where once you turn in the tokens you can come back and buy more whenever you need some. ie: You get Arcanist shoulders and enchant them, then a month later you get Netherwind and need an enchant and go buy one.

Or is this quest a one time only thing?

'round in circles trying to find WHO in ZG gives the Signets of the Zandalar quests/trade-ins.

Unlike the Argent Dawn stuff, you have to spend 15 tokens each time to get these enchants.

You MUST be exalted to have this option, just like you MUST be revered to get the potables.

Turn in 1 biju to get 1 coin
Turn in any coin combo to get 1 coin

These shoulders work exactly like the AD mantels and are very much so work it.
And since you can only have one potable at a time, it isn't like you'll be wasting your coins in any way shape or form due to the fact that you'll ultimately have nothing else to do with them.

Im wondering if u could enchant stffs that are poe and then send the item with the enchant with mail 2 anotehr char or trade it, or becomes the item souldbound when u enchant it?
