Description

Greetings, <class>. Crusaders like you are a welcome sight in these desolate reaches.

Your holy strength is needed to help fight the endless undead here. We need you to collect a large number of scourgestones and bring them to High Priest Thel'danis. The high priest can be found guarding Uther's Tomb in Sorrow Hill, not far from here.

Only one with an Argent Dawn Commission can hope to find scourgestones, so speak to Officer Pureheart if you haven't already.

This took me forever to figure out, and it wasn't until I checked out other sites that I found out you don't just talk to Officer Pureheart, but you actually have to equip the commision, which should be in your inventor after talking to her.

Make sure you have your trinket on, so that you CAN get them....the "Argent Dawn Commission" one.

Now go to Sorrow Hill and kill undead, took me about 1/2 hour to get them all.

Sorrow Hill is next to Chillwind Camp, to the East.

whether u talk to purheart or the priest 1st it doesn't matter but u have to talk with both 1st before starting quest.&nbsp Here's where I went stupid..pureheart gives u a trinket...u must put this is your trinket slot before it activates u will know it is done right when it shows up as buff (has no time limit)sorrow hill is a good place to start...happy hunting

Help!&nbsp I threw away the Argent Dawn Trinket and cannot figure out how to get it back.&nbsp The chick in EP ain't giving it up.&nbsp any ideas.&nbsp WOW help was a pain in the butt.

Is it just killing random undead tings in the zone?

i have been killing tings at ca 40.71 and nothing like that has dropped...

this makes no sense, u get the quest to talk to the commission guy from the pally trainer in SW (for me) but to get the scourgestones u gotta kill lvl 55+

Solo'd as a lvl 51 pally. No problem. Killed the undead in Sorrow Hill and got my scourgestones. Easy quest, good XP.

Seems to be&nbsp arandom drop on the undead...I see alot of people getting them, an easy quest. I have been killing lvl 50+Skeletons and Ghouls at Sorrow Hill...1hr 30 kills equals 1 stone. Maybe the stones are seeded into each "carrier" prior to them being killed? There was alot of competition, thus the small amount of kills in the 1 hr. period...just a thought...

You get scourgestone from undeads in Sorrow Hill, Western plaguelands.. started at 47.81 ... good drop rate in general (Ghouls and Skeletal). Did Clear the way quest at the same time...

I did those at lvl 51 paladin, dispelling evil gave 5100 xp and 275 rep Agent Dawn.. Clear the way gave 5100 xp + 69 rep alliance... after doing dispelling evil.. u have to see the high priestess Thel'danis, which is in Sorrow Hill too.. u get 2550 xp and 75 silvers when u get Inert Scourgestones done... (traveling matter)

easy quests.. worth ± 12 750 xp

took me less than 40 minutes.
