The quest title should not say (Warrior Only). This version is a Pally quest. I'm not sure if there is actually a warrior version or not, but this one isn't it.

The rewards are nice for the level though. They are by no means end game, but they are nice, and will can carry the common gamer to level 60.

Quest chain:

Dispelling Evil: (Quest #8414) (give 20 Minion's Scourgestones to High Priestess Thel'danis)

Inert Scourgestones: (Quest #8416) (priestess turns stones into 1 "inert scourgestone". give them to Commander Ashlam Valorfist in Chilly)

Forging the Mightstone: (Quest #8418) (run Sunken Temple and do the mini-bosses Gasher, Mijan, Zolo, Hukku, Zul'lor, and Loro. Once you have the quest, they will drop the Voodoo Feathers. Report back to Valorfist with the feathers)

Rewards: (Item #20620) AND pick one of:
