This quest ist part of the "The Blue Dragon Shard" quest line, which in turn is part of the Scepter of the Shifting Sands quest line.
This scepter opens the gates to Ahn'Qiraj - appropriate "phat lewt" included.

Paying 60g ist about the easiest part of the whole thing, and you'd gladly pay - if can seriously hope to get the rest (e.g. cleaning BWL <5 hours) accomplished somehow )

Just do a couple DM Tribute runs and buy the Volitile Rum from the drunk at the end.&nbsp You'll make out with some shards and some sweet raid buffs. :)

Would people pay more for 20 rocket fuel or an epic recipe?&nbsp On my server the recipe sold for well over 500 gold.&nbsp But hey, you sell your rocket fuel.&nbsp Good game.
