The Dread Citadel - Naxxramas

Additional requirements to obtain this quest:
  • Your reputation with Argent Dawn must be at least Revered
  • Your reputation with Argent Dawn must be lower than Exalted
Archmage Angela Dosantos at Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands wants 2 Arcane Crystals, 1 Nexus Crystal and 30 gold pieces. You must also be Revered with the Argent Dawn.

Description

In the thick of Plaguewood lies the entrance to the dread citadel of Naxxramas. Previously, all attempts to enter had been stymied by the magical wards placed upon the rune portal. That is, until now.

We have devised a way to gain entry via a permanent arcane cloaking of sorts - an old cantrip of the Kirin Tor with a few modifications of my own. With that said, the cloaking is costly. Since your dedication to the cause of the Dawn is admirable, we are willing to incur some of those costs.

For ultimate clarity, since people seem to be horribly confused by the existence of three separate attunement quests. The only requirement for picking up each quest is a certain reputation level with the Argent Dawn, but the objectives for completing the quests vary. You can only pick up the 'highest' version availible to you, and cannot do more than one of the attunement quests on the same character.

Note that you need to be at least honored with the Argent Dawn to become attuned to Naxxramas. There are no quests at neutral or friendly.

At honored you can do this quest. It's not cheap, even at 70.
At revered you can do this quest. The cost is reduced to less than half.
At exalted you can do this quest. It's free, as a bonus for reaching exalted.

You can start the quest at honoured, but I seriously reccommend doing it at revered. At honored it'll set you back about 300g. At revered it's far less costly. The price reduction for exhalted isn't really worth your time.

I was wondering if it worths doing the quest at revered or to wait at exalted.&nbsp I'm only missing about 3600 points before hitting exalted and only a few in the guild are attuned to naxx instance and we only have done 2 first boss in bwl and not begun AQ40 yet so...

I don't know when we'll do naxx or if I could get opportunitues to do it at the moment with 7/8 items set from MC and 1 item set from Onyxia.

If you do Naxx attunement at Honored instead of Revered, you're either someone who buys gold or a complete moron.

It's more than 60% cheaper to do it at revered.

You can't access the guy who teaches patterns without killing a good ten to fifteen pulls in the deathknight wing. Good luck if you don't have a bleeding edge raiding guild. The patterns require mats that are only obtainable in naxx anyway.

Whats the attunement quest for Nax called ? I have done this quest where i needed to turn in 1 nexus crystal + 2 arcane crystals +30G at LHC. Is that it ?

I am having some problems with this quest. I hit revered yesterday, but it still gives me the honored quest--same with the armaments of dawn. Is there something else I need to do? Any help is appreciated.
