Description

Zanza can create many ancient troll enchantments with proper components! Have you heard of the Savage Guard? No, of course you haven't. Your mind is addled with the inferior elven magic.

Bring me an arcanum of elven creation so that I may destroy the aberration. Do this and the Savage Guard will be yours.

These seem to be really cheap now, the librams that is.
I picked one up for only 10g on Frostwolf server.

I'm attempting to turn in an Arcanum of Focus to Zanza now, and he's not giving me the option to turn one in. I'm currently friendly with ZG and I have never done a ZG enchant. Are they pre-requesites?

i think they changed the quest.
you no longer have to turn in the Arcanum but one of the books required for any of the arcanums.
these quests don't lead to each other, you can pick any of them. otherwise you would need to do it three times receiving +10 nature resistance before you can get your class dependent enchant.

IT's not bad if you don't need the added +dmg from arcanum enchants. I find the +10 nature resist to be more helpful especially if i'm entering ZG/AQ on a regular basis.

Enchants for the head and leg items are tough to come by, plus getting a quick 200 reputation with ZG is nice.

This quest is repeatable, but I have not done it a 2nd time yet so I don't know what reputation (if any) you get upon 2nd and further turn-ins.
