need to be honored, but yet you need revered to summon the mob that drops this. I seriously doubt that you could get it in a pug, considering folks are gonna spend thier time and mats to summon, they are going to want the item and well deserve it imo. Not to mention, if you're doing this in a guild raid, most likely the scepteres will go to the guild bank for more summonings. The ring is totally not worth it imo vs. all the other loots that drop from the lords anyway. just my 2cp.

So when u kill this guy can the whole raid get teh sceptor or does he only drop one?

A decently geared 20 man raid is fine for this.&nbsp We knocked out one before heading into AQ20.

The scepters run about 200g on Bronzebeard.&nbsp Imho, it's worth getting the Ring, and turning in 1 Scepter for the Chest of Spoils and Rep.&nbsp But 3 Scepters for 1 Chest of Spoils?&nbsp No thanks, I'll just sell them.

Yeah, peeps should be aware of how important resistances are.. KK, well in a fight where resistances are important, ALL else is unimportant

Reason being, take Ragnaros for example. If you ahve 225+ fire reist, neither him nor his Sons touch you (not counting mana burn from sons of course) As far as damage goes, they are harmless.. The only difference between going in and getting trounced by Rag and company and pwning him utterly is fire resist.. that's all.

Lotso bosses that deal elemental damage (nature/fire/frost/shadow/arcane) deal primarily that. Which means that if you can resist the majority of that, you are homefree. Not only that, makes healers jobs lots easier.

This is a VERY FINE ring for An'Quiraj. LOL, any resistance rince with that much resistance and stats.. might as well be an epic for all I am concerned

Everybody should have a VERY good set of gear for Fire resist.. UNBUFFED, I would say about 160-180 would be more than enough for MC, because buff is gonna bring that to 220-240.. 225 is magic number for resists FTW.. for BWL, you can't go wrong with 300+ FR.. Bosses like Vael make ya glad ya packing lotso FR

Secondly, you are going to want a nature resist set nearly as strong as MC FR gear.. so around 160-180 unbuffed and you will be set for AQ. Hrrm, lots of Nature resist can be foudn in Mara.. as well as DM ( think there is some there). Also, CC rep gives ya access to great Nature resist gear as well.. And lots of this lewt has better stats and such than those found elsewhere in WoW

ya can't go wrong with a set of shadow resist gear. You can find lots of stuff with stats scattered between lewts and player made stuff.. So, it shouldnt' be hard to put together a basic Shadow Resist.. Though, this is somewhat less needed. Unless u plan on doing Kazzak.. Also, other encounters could make use of this.

Arcane resistance set is useful for one boss in MC, although I either forgo special resistance gear for this or grab a greater arcane resistance potion for this fight.. Eh, what can i say, good demagicers = NO GETTING WTF PWNED hehe

So there ya have it n00bcakes.. IN a fight where resistances are important, ALL ELSE is UNIMPORTANT.. remember that... Don't be afriad or ashamed to sacrifice stats when collecting resist gear.. Don't steal from other classes (IE in loot drop situations) , but don't be afriad to wear a lower type of armor if it offers a certain type of resist you lack. (IE, being a leatherwearer and wearing a cloth resist gear. etc etc)

Now I know that you need a full 3 piece twilight cultist suit and a necklace to summon a duke, are there any additional mats needed besides the ring to summon a lord?

I wish people wouldnt post stuff we doint care about, I really dont care if you did or did not do this quest, I think if someone is on this site, i think they are here only to figure out how to do a quest.
