This quest is for people who have farmed (or tryied) Bloodsail Buccanears reputation. As you kill the guards in Booty bay, you also lose rep at the other steamwheedle factions, and Blizzard made some Friendly NPC's without factions outside each of Steamwheedle place, where you can do hand ins of cloths etc.
As you hand in, you get 500 rep with Gadgetzan, but lose 500 rep with Bloodsail, so only do this if you've given up, or already got the clothings of Bloodsail.

Small note, Without any price reduction like being honored, the Strong Flux costs 20silver each,
20silver x 360flux = 72 gold, for only the Strong Flux

There are four quests:

The quest givers are located just outside each goblin town, close to the main road. They are always friendly and don't belong to any faction (technically).
They all involve giving two stacks of cloth (40 pieces) plus four other items that you can buy from a Trade Goods vendor.

The quests are only doable if you're below neutral with the respective faction. So for example, you have to be Unfriendly or lower with Ratchet, in order to do the Ratchet quest. It doesn't matter what your reputation is with the other goblins.

Each quest gives 500 rep to its corresponding goblin town, and a 250 rep spillover to each of the other goblins. Also, each quest gives a 500 rep decrease with Bloodsail Buccaneers.

If you are at 0/36000 hated:

You will need to do 72 turn ins of 40 mageweave and 4 strong flux to reach: "Hostile"

if you are at 0/3000 hostile:

You will need to do 6 turn ins of 40 mageweave and 4 strong flux to reach: "Unfriendly"

If you are at 0/3000 unfriendly:

You will need to do 6 turn ins of 40 mageweave and 4 strong flux to reach: "Neutral"

So in all you will need to do a grand total of 90 turn ins which is:

3600 mageweave
360 strong flux
