OKAY...lets talk about the witherbark portion. this should be no problem for people of correct lvl.
i was daring and did this at 30. though most of the mobs were 35 or 34 (not including the lvl 35 spiders)...

my suggestion (if you are doing this at a lower lvl) is stick around loc 68,61 (east side of the camp) that way spiders don't spoil your fun.

do not try this from the west... even though it is tempting... just save yourself a lot of grief and go in from the east

52,50 is the outerbinding stone. Finally! just had to check my map, thought it would be at the witherbarks..

1. Gather 10 totem things
2. Visit the circle of OUTER BINDING not the inner binding!

outer binding is between the inner binding and Hammerfall

There are two quests that need to be completed before she gives you the wand. "Items of Power" involves gathering the ingredients while "Rituals of Power" secures the enchantments. Once both quests are completed, she will have a wand for you when you talk to her again.

•1) Get a Jade, AH would be good to check.

•2) Kill the Trolls in Arathi Highlands and get 10x Witherbark Totems. 66,65 or something.

•3) Bring the 10x Witherbark Totems to (circle of&nbsp outer binding) where you place them in the middle.
Be aware, the mobs there are 38-39.

•4) Now all you have to do is wait, and then press the totem that appeared in the middle.&nbsp

I, who was level 32-33 at the time, had a friend with me. a 34 priest (who aggroed while i used the totem).

So follow these tips, get your wand, you deserve it.

Flejm, Gnome mage (Stormrage)

I found a very simple way to do the charging the totems part for players who have a higher leveled character. All you need to do is wait outside the outercircle of binding and then log onto your main and clear out all of the elementals and then log onto your mage and charge the totems.

An easier way is to grind the Witherbark trolls around Boulder'gor. Theres 5 spawn points around it, and the droprates are very decent. The mobs are 30-32 so its very easy for a lvl 30 mage to get his Totem Sticks there. Getting them charged is another thing tho.

Did this as a levl 37 mage, the only problem I ran into was trying to get into the outter binding without all the 39s killing me, but someone else was also around killing most of them so it was easy. But yea just watch out for that

now i did this quest a little late cause i already had an awesome wand (which i rarely use anyway) and just wanted to sell wand to vendor for mount money. but i noticed that these guys also drop items needed for other quests. so combine them with those and go to the camps outside the cave. work ur way into the cave for the dagger drop for another quest, the sticks dropped better near the cave. the jade dropped no problem, maybe i was lucky, plus there is a third quest that can be combined here as well.
&nbsp the other two quests i dont remember the name of but one was picked up at the refugee camp for sure. they clearly involved killing witherbank trolls. horde camping kept me from doing these on time over the holidays so i lvld and came back, combined all then did grinding in the cave. till i was done i hit 35.
&nbsp i took a feral druid at lvl46 with me to the circle and we only took out the elementals nec. to make a path to the circle then cleared inside the circle. i figured this way i dont have to worry if horde showed up, the wand does take a while to finish but when done, it was retrieved by ur normal loot window. elementals do respawn fast.
&nbsp so take a group if u do this on time and wipe out several quests at once. hope someone else can post the other quests after me for ya. combining saved alot of time on this and took care of the xp problem everyone worried about.

ill tell you what i know...when you are in refudge point...or how ever you spell it...go to the southeast corner of the map thats where you find the trolls you kill them to get a stack of 10 sticks..then take them to the stone circle (again if your at refudge point its right outside on the right but its right there) kill the rock things and click on the sticks you picked up from the trolls while at the rock in the middle. when its done click it it will not go in your bag..you have to click on it...thats your bolt..need the jade i bought mine out of ah....hope this helps....i still need to know about wand why didnt i get it? when i turned in the quest...

well without knowing i was doin another qst in dat area in Witherback Village and they start droping totems.. oh well.. not hard to kill them at all, at lvl 36 Fire mage.. after you done, go streigh west and you will find circle of outerbinding.. be aware elementals lvl 38-39, not easy to kill, pull them one by one(i used Scorch for pulling), don't rush but don't do it too slow.. they will start respawn.. clear you passage to stone.. right click and woo hoo. you got it plus really good xp for killing lvl 38-39 :) Use Dumpen Magic will help you a little bit.. they do resist time to time.

All this in Arathi Highlands

Cords (65.66) in the Arthi Highlands, at these cords is Witherbark Village, here you will get 10 witherbark totem sticks by killing any of the trolls in this village.
Once you have obtained the 10 witherbark totem sticks, bring them to Cords (52.50) at these cords is Circle of Outer Binding, here you will place the 10 witherbark totem sticks on the center stone of the circle by getting close to the center stone and right clicking on the totems in your bag. Once you've right clicked them a stick will appear on top of the center stone right click that stick and you'll get your charged bramble.
As for the Jade I just bought mine on the AH for 10 silver, however you can find it at some major blacksmith suppliers.

I think this quest is broken right now.
I got the 10 totem sticks, went west to the Circle of Inner Binding (lvl 39 earth elementals roaming all around it). Went to the center of that and tried using the bundle of totem sticks. Get the system error "Requires Stone of Binding". I tried doing this all around the circle.

Am I in the wrong place? Did I forget a step?

OK got the totem sticks, Where is th circle of binding located to get the bramble.

While killing the Exiles to get to the binding stone, one of them dropped the Jade I needed! Saved me a trip to the AH.

Any Troll can drop the totem sticks, but I got the best drop rates from the higher level ones in the cave to the southeast, in the Witherbark camp. 60% rate there, about 20% anywhere else.

it would possibly be even easier to kill the water or fire(not sure which) elementals first to get the charms that banish the thudering exiles if u dont feel like killing them

What's the coords for Tabetha?

I thought you get a wand for this quest? When you turn it in all you get is XP. The quest clearly states you will need these items for your wand. Is this boken or misleading?

Don't click on center stone. Right click the totem sticks in your backpack. Then the Bramble process starts.

Oh wow that was easy, drink a nature protection potion and the elemantles cant touch ya. I didnt loose any life killing them.

Twas easy and you please! Blew the elmentals away with a sneeze. put the sticks on the rock and went back to Tabethas crib after collecting the jewel running like a jock.

I did this quest yesterday with my 35 Human Mage.
I just gathered 10 sticks from Witherbark trolls in south-east area of the Arathi. Then I went to the Circle of Outern Binding just southeast of Refuge, cleaned up around and went exactly to the middle where the Thundering stone is. Then I right clicked on the stickes in my inventory which formed a Charged stick on the top of the stone. In about 30-60 seconds a cursor became available over the stick so I right clicked it, got the Bolt Charged Bramble and quick got out of there cause respawns started.

Soloed to the center of the Circle of Outer Binding (which was a pita) and there was no "cog" on the middle stone. I had all 10 sticks...what gives?

level 31.. waited around while other people killed the thunder dudes :P lazy i know, but they were going to do it anyways, i just went at an opportune time... Dinged me to 32 :)

this quest is totaly broken or i do something wrong...i gathered 10 stickes, used them at he circle of bindings (thunder exiles around) from my bag but description say i need to wait lightning to strike it...well guess what it never happens. I gathered sticks already 3 times. Used them 3 times and as expected i get NOTHING 3 times lol. Also was ganked ganked, while "waiting" for lightning, by allience passing by. I HATE THIS QUEST.

I died after the sticks were turned into the bramble, but before I could loot the bramble, and I lost both the sticks, and the bramble. Don't die! I had to collect all ten again. Darn elementals.

1. Get your hands on a Jade (HINT: Check Auction House)
2. Gather 10 Witherbark Totem Sticks at: 65,63 (Arathi Highlands)
3. Go to the Circle of Outer Binding: 52,50 (Arathi Highlands)
4. Kill the elementals guarding the stones, can be single pulled if know how to pull, lvls 33-39.
5. Go into the stone in the middle of the circle and right-click the sticks in your inventory and the bramble will be charged after some secs (around 10)
6. Pickup the charged bramble from the stone in the middle.

At lvl 38 i got 4350 exp when turning in this quest.
