Pre-Quest

As Horde you have to get pre-quest "Journey to the Marsh" from your friendly mage trainer before you can speak to Tabetha. I had to visit bloody Thott to find this info, shame on you!

ita a mage quest, you get from Tabetha in Dustwallow marsh 45,57

There is no way to target plucky doing target plucky it will say unknown or it will target Riznek.&nbsp The chicken's name is "Plucky Johnson" not Plucky so /target "Plucky Johnson".&nbsp No reason to post wrong info and put down others spelling when you were wrong too. Anyway Just head on over by tower looks more like a platform with stairs than a tower lol.&nbsp Plucky Johnson is pretty hard to see, his cords are 79.75.&nbsp I hope this helps out some mages.&nbsp Good luck.

Magus is at 78,75. Talk to him first. Then walk across the racetrack lanes behind the Tower straight across from Magus (by all the little goblin things) at 79,75. I did /target "Plucky" Johnson (with quot marks) and then /beckon. He turned to human and walked to me. /beckon "Plucky" Johnson did not work for me. I just used /beckon once he was targeted.

i have a lvl 42 mage and i cant get the begging quest in the chain for the mage wand. ive done other quests for tabitha but she wont give me the starting quest for the wand. is there any certain quests i have to do first?

the main problem is that i cant get the hidden secrets quest which begins the entire thing

i have gotten the quest "hidden secrets" before, but now that i realize its for mage wand, i went back to her, but she won't give me quest anymore. is it too late for me?

I hit /chicken and he transforms but I can't get him to tell me anything.&nbsp What do I need to do?

k, i found this to be along trek so i took road out to thousand needles. once i got there i moved west along the mountain slope and used slow fall to fall into thousand needles. keep in mind there are guards at the base of the elevator. then just keep following the road toward the center of the circle of mountains on ur map. there are a few mobs to watch for but u can hug the wall to avoid the aggro, at times u may have to back track and climb on the ledge to avoid them. most are low level and beatable though just use ur head. magus and chicken are right where above mentioned location is. talked to him, then chicken, then /beckon as said, then back to magus, hearth and done. the hardest part for me was figuring out how to actually reach shimmering flats with all the mountains since i didnt realize the city was accessed from the elevators. so u wont actually slow fall into the city as i orinally thought. hope this helps the next person trying to get to shimmering flats.

I am standing next to Magus tirth but there are 2 hordes guarding him from me.&nbsp They kill me every time i go near him.&nbsp So, i am standing next to him, dead, in soirit form, waiting for them to leave.&nbsp This sucks lol.

When you use the /target "Plucky" Johnson, you need to make sure to use the quotation marks or else you'll target Pozzick which is not the same person.

If this is your first time venturing into the marsh - be sure to get your flightpath whilst in the village

The correct coordinates are 78.3, 75.7. The quest is turned in right near the Shimmering Flats Raceway by the bleachers to the east. Happy Hunting

Completing this quest chain as well as Items of Power will award the Icefury, Ragefire, or Nether Force Wand.

After completing both that quest and this quest chain, the reward quest Mage's Wand becomes available from Tabetha.

He is at 78,76 in Thousand Needles

You don't need to do the Demon Gem thingy line of quests first. You get both the first quest in that line as well as this one at the same time.
