Actually, I think the Spaulders of Valor and these are pretty equal for a warrior. These have slightly more armor, the valor ones have one more stat. The Lieutenant Commander's Plate Pauldrons are geared more towards stamina, which would make it good for tanking or just staying alive longer in PvP since armor class doesn't really even matter (not against casters anyway :P). The Spaulders of Valor are better for doing damage since more stat points are distributed into Str and Agi. So really, just a matter of preference, either stay alive slightly longer or do slightly more damage :P

Taking into account the other pieces of armor for both sets, the only worthwhile one for Valor is at 5 pieces, the 20 attack power bonus. I like all of the Lieutenant Commander's Battlegear set bonuses, esp. the reduced cooldown of intercept since in PvP it is pretty much one of the only things which allows me to get close to a good mage/hunter who manages to get away from me once I'm in combat.

IN Bgs, you die anyway- unless your fighting one on one but mostly your fighting groups. . your gonna die, thats no question. Stamina is pointless unless running instances - agility makes you crit more anyway. In BGs, it's all about doing the most damage until you die.&nbsp Doingthe most damage so those your fighting with have a chance (better chance) at killing your opponant or reaching your groups objective.&nbsp Stams great for instances, but pointless in BGs.&nbsp Why prolong staying alive? - all your doing is jumping around taking hits- and this buys you only a few seconds, tops.&nbsp Valor with agility enchants is ideal for pvp and BGs.

Doesn't matter, they're the same thing anyway -&nbsp you just get one set pvping, and the other running instances.

u ppl sane?...this set imakes no sense as a pvp set, all this tam with barely any str or agil, in pvp u want high strength and chance to crit
...valor shoulders own these for pvp, these hae practically no use, would be ok for tanking but they have no def so ill use either bulky iron or stockade instead

these shoulders are built for pvp. for a warrior to have str is good but its not what u want for pvp. u want high stam and high crit. A warrior is not going to do alot of dmg with out big crits unless you are Fury. and u are definitly not doing dmg if your dead. pvp=stam+crit
