She first spawns in Ashenvale (50.4,39.0) when you access the Tome of Mel'Thandri for (Quest #1022). Later, she spawns at the mine in Duskwood (73.4,79.0) when you dig up evidence for (Quest #1043). She's a flavor character who's there to move the story along.

She is a ghost in the same cave as gutspill and their appears to be a grave. Nothing clickable to be seen.

We need a map where this lady is to be found in Darkshire. The cave is marked Roland's Doom on the map and has Gutspill 32, Nightbane Tainted One 30-31, and Nightbane Vile Fang 29-30 in the cave. The cave is between the rotting orchard and the tranquil gardens cemetary on the south wall of duskwood.
