Ok, after 6 hours, i got it! I was having problems where after i killed the elemental and lit the brazier, i was unable to see the guy for the next leg of the quest, the one to turn it in to, the guy who gives you a shard.&nbsp Problem was, at first i hadn't read the quest all the way through...i know, my bad...and went to turn it in to isla in the barrens.&nbsp Well, my sapta sight had worn off and the new water sapta had to be given to the troll.&nbsp I couldn't complete it because i couldn't see the elemental with the "?" over his head.&nbsp I found out that to re-gain sapta sight and be able to see the elemental with the "?", you have to walk practically on top of the troll while he's walking to the altar.&nbsp After that, and half of my day, i was on my way!&nbsp BTW, lots of great info on here, ty for all the great posts.&nbsp :)

The EXACT! location is 38,44

It is exactly straight WEST from the Sepulcher. To get there you need to go NORTH then swing to the west coast and then continue on the west coast towards the sepulcher, until you stand right behind the Sepulcher. There is a big stone so you can not miss the place.

Ok so you got the water sapta and the vial or pure drops, after you talk to Islen waterseer in barrens she tells you to go to silver pine forest, so you fly to orgri them take the blimp to Undercity, head to Silverpine forest which is south of brill take the road it will be easier, then rightbefore yo hit a bridge at ( 49,28 ) to make a hard right and head west to the coast there will be some werewolf looking critters they are level 12 so no worries if your level 20 and have ghost wolf, just keep running to the west shore,once there go south and you will see a large stone pillar and some troll guy there ( tIEVE mORDUNE ) the locatiopn is ( 37,44 ) then get close to the stone pillar, drink the water sapta (right click) the stone will glow a whole bunch of water elementals will pop up and find the one that you can attack, kill it then loot, you will recieve water bracers then click on the fire bowl that is right there it will have a yellow gear which means you can do something to it, right click it, VIOLA, after that you will get a quest where you talk to pure water elemental and he will give you water shard, its so easy i couldnt believ anyone has problems with this quest, then hearth out to XR (IF YOUR SMART YO WOULD HAVE STAYED AT iNN THERE) then go to Islen for totem :)

It is not that bad, really. Took my pure water and sapta to Silverpine.

Went north from Sepulchre and then south along the coast. Found the shrine.

Stood at the stone obelisk and drank the sapta. Many water elementals appeared they do NOT attack.

Attacked and killed the Corrupt one (lvl 22, not difficult!). Got the Bracers.

Took Bracers and Pure water and opened the brazier.

Talked to the Elemental that appears in the middle of the pool on the stone there with a yellow "?" above his head.

Quest complete. Sweet!

The only tricky part is knowing to attack the CORRUPT ELEMENTAL. He is the one who drops the bracers you need.

Once you reach the sepulcher, there's an extremely easy way to reach the stone. Simply look for a guy behind a counter (He'll have his back towards the sea) and look for a small path. You'll have to "force" your way into it (aka, run and jump against the mountainside) You'll see a long corridor that leads to the beach. A few falls here and there. you shouldn't lose more than 1/4 health from each fall.

This path takes you straight to the area.

Actually you can get to the shrine right from Sepulchre. Go to the back on the right of the Mosoleum to the big tree. Hop around it and then down, down, down. You are there.

Quest stil sucks, but if you screwed up like I did you don't have to do it over. WOW told me to delete the quest and destroy any items. Then you go back to the last NPC you talked to get the stuff again, and finish from where you left off. Worked for me. Hope the air totem isnt as long....

I did the bloody water quest and all i got was no toem and no corupt bracers anyone know what to do i am so peeved right now i can't see straight i was there with this guy in my group and he stole my kill and the bracers. And afterwards i tried tlking to the dude there but he didn't have the bublle icon on my mouse and he didn't have a any info for me to help me out and i am so confused now it peeves me off even more. Like what am i supposed to do now ppl. i am stuck and am getting annoyed. Oh and heres a tip and a glitch for a short cut to the shrine.
Go behind the Inn at the seplucher and run near the tree jump once and get caught ina glitch then jump agan to clear the glitch gap in the game barrier.(If you are low lvl then you will wanna get out of wolf form after you clear the wall so that you can pop a heal as you go down, also this is a one way trip down the cliffs.) continue down the make shift path and keep going down the cliffs. good lucka nd can someone help me with what i do if i fail and where the hell do i get the vial of pure water?

I finally got it the prob last time was i was in a party which was a big mistake on my part. I got the drop and i put it in the lamp like flame thingy( which in the game is called a brazier.) and talked to the dude got the totm and got out peace ppl.

what happens if you dont see the guy both times? are you just asked out as far as the water totem goes? can you redo the Call of Water quest? HELP!

Just follow the coast down till you find the stone. You have to drink the quest item next to the stone - the one that let's you see elementals. One of them is the corrupt one. Kill it. Then 'open' the brazier.

what brazier are u talking about ?, issit close to the stone ?

I did the same thing and i got no totem.... and now i cant even get the water again fron the woman in the barrens....im not going to do that quest all over again for a little while or until i know what you have to do to get it for sure...someone help

Same here, I no longer have the "Call of Water" quest, i can repeat getting the Sapta, but i can not redo it. No Water Totem nor Healing Stream Spell for me.&nbsp :(

At the stone there is a brazier that sits close to the pond like water. You kill a corrupted one, get the bracers, then click on the brazier to continue with the quest. You talk to the npc there in the middle of the pond like water, he gives you your proof to take back to Islen.

If you can no longer get the water, or redo the quest then I suggest you open up a ticket to a gm and tell them what has happened, what you did to get to that point, and if they could help you get unstuck so that you can continue the quest and complete it.

Well, in fact they did not fix it, but they implemented a solution if you face any problems at this step. If anything goes wrong and you did not talk to the manifestion look around and you will see a Troll named "Tiev" sitting on a rock at the coast very close to the lake. Talk to him and he will give you a quest to restart theis very step of the "call of water" quest,

i dindnt get any Via�l with pure drops.. ? what to do i have the braziers but no vial ? please help!

this took me 15 min withot FP. why so many cant do it on lesser than 1 hour.

Wrong, the guy u turn the quest into appears shortly after u turn the last quest in (like 2 feet away) and then he tills u to go to the barrens

I've been looking all around the sepulcher and silverpine forest and i can't find this Brazier of Everfount. Completely lost...

When i killed the Corrupted, no Minor manifestation popped BUT, for those of us this happens to, i guess, there is a troll on the hill just outside that gives a quest to GET the item. Run back to Ilsa in the Barrens, get another Water Sapta, and return to him to complete the backup quest.

EDIT

i hung around and killed the repop of the Corrupted again, and the brazier DID give me the quest to speak to the Minor manifestation this time. After you speak to the brazier once, speak to it again to get the second part of the quest to pop the minor manifestation.

I did this quest. and then i talked to the currupted.. then the guy on the hill game me a quest to i went back to the girl in Ratchet and i got my totem but I still have the other quest and i noticed it said you get the quest if you faild.. ? so i am really lost. Did i fail and finish at the same time? or did it just mess up or is it right... :S
