Call of Water (Part 6)

Defeat the Corrupt Manifestation of Water and place the Corrupted Manifestation's Bracers along with the Remaining Drops of Purest Water on the Brazier of Everfount in Silverpine Forest.

Description

Along the coast of Silverpine, west of the Sepulcher, you will find a shrine that has become tainted by the plague. The spirits there no longer speak to our people and it will be up to you to defeat the manifestation and cleanse the pool.

Take the elemental's bracers, along with the remaining drops of Brine's potion, and place them on the brazier. The ritual should be enough to summon a pure spirit for you to communicate with.

Bring me proof the task is done, and I will reward you with your totem.

38, 44 (Silverpine Forest).

Use the potion right in front of the shrine. Kill the one elemental that's attackable. Click on the brazier. Watch the fireworks. Then talk to the water elemental that appears about 10 seconds later.

FFS, stop ^&*!@ing and do it. it's easy, just alot of running.
It's worth it, you get you ~Healing Stream Totem.~
Swim the Coast to : 36.43
Drink water Sapta at stone totem thing :37.44.
You will see alot of water elementals, walk to: 38.44.. hit 'Tab' key to target the main one, and kill.
make sure you have room in your inv. loot bracers.
Go to the little fire, click on it, and your good to go.
btw I'm lvl 22, and the mob is 22. easy.

Quickest way there, from the Sepulcher, is just past the tree behind the inn. Some minor falls but nothing close to killing you.

The easiest way to get to the water elemental is to fly in to Sepulcher and then just climb west through the mountains. To do this, go behind the alchemist that is to the right of the tomb. Jump your way through the small crevice that is blocked by a tree. With a few jumps, you can make it up into the crevice. Then just run due west and in a few seconds you'll be at the shrine where you need to kill the elemental and use the brazier.

Just a note, if you want to save some running time, swim straight west from the shrine till you die of fatigue.

When you rez you'll be in XR, take the Spirit Rez and fly to ratchet... then go see the Waterseeker to finish.

Yeah I'd definitely agree with using wastingtape's method. It's a sole tree directly behind the Sepulcher catacomb's entrance, and you'll have to jump a bit to get past it, but as soon as you do the path becomes inescapably clear. Drink the sapta, attack the neutral elemental called Corrupt Minor Manifestation of Water, loot, and apply the quest items to the brazier.

Don't forget to talk to the Minor Manifestation of Water that appears afterwards though, it's a long run back to get another sapta.

This is a incredibly boring series of quests with far more running around than actually applying yourself, but the ending is pretty spectacular if you like those kinds of moments in WoW.

Congrats on beating the boredom and getting your Water Totem!

Just did this at L20 with my tauren shaman.&nbsp The instructions given here were dead right.

1) Fly to the Sepulcher and find your way through the mountains (go west behind the apotheker who's at the right side from the inn).&nbsp Continue through the mountains down towards the coast.

2) Down near the coast you'll see a big shrine, drink your sapta near it to see the water elementals.

3) Press tab to select the corrupt one.

4) Kill it which is very easy with some totems up and a couple heals.&nbsp You don't have to worry about the other elementals, they won't aggro.

5) Loot the corpse and go to the fire near the shrine to continue the quest.

6) Wait for the graphical animations to end (this is quite a cool part) and talk to the minor manifestation of water elemental (or whatever it's called).

7) Back to the Barrens to collect your quest reward.

8) Now you are ready to do WC instance runs.&nbsp HF!

Make sure you're not foolish like I was:
If you're waiting in line to do the quest, make sure the corpse of the previous Corrupt Minor Manifestation of Water disappears before using the sapta. Otherwise, the mob won't spawn.

Yeah you just run up into the hills behind the Sepulcher as mentioned in other posts & drop down almost right on the quest mob.

Looks like they have an npc there now to retry for all you ppl who somehow screw up this very long but pretty simple quest(not 100% on this because I didn't need to retry).

Don't lose your battle against the elemental, cause you have to go all the way back to the Barrens and get a new Septa and come back to fight again.&nbsp Not fun.

Didn't see this noted before, but there is now an npc at the pool that will help you finish the quest if something goes wrong. All you need is the water sapta.

By the way, the short cut behind Sepulchre mentioned above works great to get there. You still have to walk/swim back though.

Pretty easy as a lvl 24.

The above comments are accurate.&nbsp Once you get to the shrine, drink the Sapta.&nbsp Defeat the only manifestation that is attackable.&nbsp Loot the bracers he drops.&nbsp Then right click on the fire (brazier), and complete the q.&nbsp Then go onto the piece of land in the middle of the water and talk to the manifestation.&nbsp He gives you a q to go back to barrens to get your totem.

it was a really easy quest. im not shure how you get another sapta...ive never had that problem with the totem quests. the hardest part through out this whole quest was just the long walk getting to silverpine and tauren mill and ashenvale...but if you have ghost wolf then it should be easy

When you drink the potion, you'll see a bunch of water elementals.&nbsp You can only attack one particular elemental.&nbsp He is standing in the water, not far from the brazier.

finished the quest at lvl 23, if you cant find a path through the mountains you can just run north around the mountain, then west through some enemy npcs (lvl 12s) and south along the river, its hard to miss the giant rock and the troll sitting on a small hill. make sure you have the water sapta.

I did this Quest @lvl 20.
You need the second Quest from Islem Waterseer and you become a new Questitem. The go to the Silverpine Forrest.

1. Drink the Sapta at the Big Stone near the troll Thiv (38,44)
2. kill the one elemental (you can only attack one)
3. speak with the elemtal in the middle of the sea.
4. Go back to Islen

Drink your sapta next to the monument...elementals pop up.&nbsp Put your cursor over all of them...one will allow you to kill it.&nbsp Kill him, then loot him.&nbsp Walk over to the brazier and interact.&nbsp Next guy pops up in a minute.&nbsp Walk over, talk to him, hearthstone back to Crossroads (at least that's what I was able to do), then ghost wolf to Ratchet and you're done.&nbsp Took a total of 20 mins from the time I left Ratchet to the time I got back to Ratchet to turn it in.

this quest is easy. it takes awhile because it takes you all over the place, but all you have to do is follow instructions. get the water samples, go to silverpine forest, drink the sapta, kill the corrupt elemental, talk to the new elemenetal, and go back to islen. there is some more stuff you have to do, but that is generaly the whole quest

wherer is the place, i run around the mountain so many times. cant find the way, and if you need sapta then go back to ratchet and get it again, im lvl 27 so i think i will kill them easy, BUT CANT FIND THE WAY TO THE ROCK

when I drank the sapta all of the elementals charged the water and disappeared. Logged out and back in and the corrupted manifestation was there. Thanks for the help.

If the bracers don't drop, make sure you are not in a raid group. I had this problem once and once I left the raid it worked!

i am a level 26 shaman and i abandoned the quest i went back to the trainer and all the places to get th quest but i cant get the thing back. can anyone tell me if i can get it back or not and how to if yes. thanks.

Only in regards to not being able to see the minor water manifistation, although i would think that would mean you have to fight it again, but its super easy, just did it 21 Troll Shaman

EDIT: Oh btw, this dude is at the place where you fight the elemental, he's sitting behind the rock

Well the quest was pretty easy but this whole thing annying the living heck out of be just running around the whole time like a chicken with its head cut off....took me 3 hours to get this whole thing done....good luck everyone on this....just to say it is worth it in the long run though.

Personally I found taking on the swamp things from the last part much harder. I had to get up to the lake then bring on the 22nd level hunter to decimate the island, then logged back to get my waterskin.

This part was straightforward and no problem at all. The quest is repeatable from Islen or whatever her name is.

If I can do this at level 20 and I'm below average on skills, I think there is something lacking here.

U see,my brother had finished half of the quest and i didnt what to do after that.But it's very easy and fun!Take the zepp.from ORG to UC.Then fly/walk to Sepucher.After that u go west from Sepulcher into the mountains.When u get to the coast u will see a shrine.Near this shrine drink the water sapta and then allot of water elementals u will be possible to see.But u can only attack one of them the corrupt one,press tab and kill the guy.After that loot him and take the bracer.After that u go to one fire near by where u have to speak with a guy so u can continue the quest.After u speak with him go back to barrens,to Islen Waterseer so u can deliver the quest.I suggest u go back with a HS.So there u have very simple and easy!

If you somehow forget to talk to the spirit, you can take the nearby quest from the troll, who asks for another Water Sapta so you can talk to the spirit again.
