Broken Tears (3)
  •
Magram Clan Centaur (Friendly)

Description

The Gelkis think our centaur mother, Theradras, protects us. They are stupid. No one protects the centaur. The Magram do not need protection! We are the strongest!

Show the Gelkis they are stupid. Go to the cave in their village. They hoard crystals in that cave, the tears of Theradras. Destroy the tears and bring me the broken pieces!

cosmos loc is 38,90. Cave is called Bolgan's hole. It is located in the very southern part of the zone, you have to cross a rickety wooden susspension bridge to get there, and ther are a few mobs on the way. Hope this helps.

As of today, np collecting the crystals.

Simple quest. There are crystals just inside the mouth of the cave (at least three). Just right click on three crystals, and leave.

Cave is over the bridge in kolkar camp, you can jump down, or work your way around. Either way, you will have to clear a few 34/35 mobs but quest itself is pretty easy.

First time in, I walked right by crystals. Thought the drops would be in furthest reaches of the cave...lol

Just make sure that AS SOON AS YOU ARE FRIENDLY on part one of the quest line - STOP KILLING THEM.&nbsp They'll be orange for this quest, and won't attack you at all.&nbsp You can walk right in and break their crystals, and they won't even look at you :D

the entrance to the cave is 38,90. If you're in the gelkis camp look up and you'll see a bridge, well the bad part is walking around until you find the bridge. The good part is these guys give some good experience so take advantage of that. If you're having problems just wait a few more lvls, i easily did this with my 34 hunter

&nbsp &nbsp When you get to the Gelkis camp, you can either be cautious and kill your way to the cave or be reckless and walk along the edge, and jump down near the ramp (DISMISS minions/pets before you do). Either way, you get there.
&nbsp &nbsp There's usually around 2-4 crystals right there at the mouth of the cave, and so this quest is fairly painless. However, if there's only two and you need one more, watch out for the Earthcaller/Minion PAT that paces that strech of cave. Another crystal shouls be close by.
&nbsp &nbsp (PS: The centaur spawn faster than most thing's I've run into...get in and out as fast as possible.)

Very easy quest, completed as a lvl 33 rogue, and diddn't have to kill anything inside the cave, just sap those you feel are likely to see you and get the tears that are closest to the exit

Had to kill 1 mob guarding the entrance then took 3 pieces right at the entrance off the cave. There is a lvl 35 patrol that comes to the entrance and walks back in.

I did it as a lvl 34 hunter. Didn't have to fight a thing. Just made sure I stopped fighting the Gelkis the second I was friendly with the Magram. That way I wasn't Hated by the Gelkis, still nuetral. No problems with being attacked. If you make sure your reputation with the Gelkis doesn't go down too much, you should be able to do this quest quite easily.

I found the easiest way to find this entrance is to go to the Gelkis Village and too the left youll see the gouge.. just look from the edge and youll see the middle hill has a path going up it. I suggest jump down from the edge.. its quicker.. hope this helps..

They are found on the lower cave walls and 1-2 usually respawn when a centaur does, so if you can't find any crystals kill some centaurs and wait for respawn. This quest is really easy and I completed in around 15mins (including walk to Warug).

The "Broken tears" needed for this quest are dot droped from any creature. I killed a few rymblers that are supposed to drop it 60% of the time but I found none. You acctualy just do what the quest sais. Enter the cave and you will find them on the cave walls.

Go into your reputation tab(U). scrll down to "gelkis centaurs" and click on the bar. then a little window pops up and you can DEselect "at war." when it's deselected, it makes the centaurs not attack you. i walked past them all and got the crystals.

The Broken Tears can be found in the Gelkis Cave at 39,91.
The enterance is guarded by a lvl 35 Earthcaller with a lvl 30 Elemental. I only had to kill him and there were 3 Broken Tears to mine right at the start. Also another lvl 35 Earthcaller patrols, so watch out while mining.

Mission completed with a 38 Druid, super easy.
